<P>各位好， 二位来宾好，</P>
<P>今年春天，就是在这个厅里，我曾告诉大家，上个世纪，在四人帮倒行逆施的日子里，中共驻这里巴黎的大使曾涛曾与他的挚友们研究过是否在法国起义的问题。到了夏天，我怀着十分关切的心情，逐时逐日地跟踪你们陈、郝二位先后在澳洲起义的消息，了解到二位脱离中共与这个政权残酷镇压法轮功有关。</P>
<P>我也一直怀着强烈的职业好奇心，关心着这件在89年6．4之后的又一桩发生在人类四分之一人口的国度里的，再次震撼了世界的惨案。 </P>
<P>最初，我是从官方媒体上得知法轮功的。在这边法德合办的电视台ARTE的编辑部里至今还保存着官方电子媒体颂扬法轮大法的声音和画面。从1996光明日报发难到1999的大搜捕，转瞬之间这个群体就被说成是十恶不赦的邪教。</P>
<P>法轮功是否是邪教？我想向各位以及陈、郝二位提供一些进一步思考的线索，以便找到一个更充分的答案。</P>
<P>记得是两千年的时候，从北京来了一位我当年在新华社时的老同事。他告诉我，作为一方的主管，他已经不再处理任何有关法轮功的稿子。他透露，在镇压这个问题上，中共高层也有人反对。他提到政治局常委乔石。乔石认为，据北京来客说，法轮功有百利而无一害。我想， 乔石应是有能力和手段对法轮功作出正确判断的人。另一位老编辑朋友，一位给政治局常委提供手抄本内参的人，2002年从中国境外寄信给我，表示决不能同意镇压法轮功：那又是一场政治运动。</P>
<P>鉴于中共随之很快把法轮功问题国际化了，我就开始调研法国方面的情况并得到了以下资讯：</P>
<P>01年2月1日，法国外交部办公厅主任布易厄尔奉命回覆法国法轮大法学会来函，写道，值此中国镇压法轮功“运动”之际，法国坚决谴责可能使法轮功成员受害的践踏人权行径。回信中，三次提到法轮功“运动”。</P>
<P>02年5 月14日，法国外交部发言人瓦雷罗在回答记者问题时也称法轮功为宗教性质的“运动”并表示，法国经常提醒中国当局注意尊重个人或集体的自由，特别是结社和言论自由。</P>
<P>04年，也就是去年春天，胡锦涛到访时，法国部署了破格的安全措施；欧洲理事会议员大会就此质询了部长委员会主席。同年4 月16日，部长委员会主席在回答这个编号为443 号提问时宣布，法国当局已经告知欧洲理事会：在法国，法轮功不受法律意义上的邪教指控；它没有扰乱公共秩序，自所谈事件以来，法轮功在法国的活动没有受到限制和阻挠。</P>
<P>今年7月20日，大纪元时报的读者都已看到法国总统总理和政府部长与法国法轮大法学会会长唐汉龙先生在法国国庆日期间亲切合影的照片。 </P>
<P>以上情况使我强烈感到，法国当局在法轮功这个问题上，并没有由于“全面战略伙伴”关系而被北京牵着鼻子走。</P>
<P>最新的一个有助于思考的材料就是中国十大杰出律师高智晟几天前写给胡温的公开信。我刚才进来时看到门口的桌子上有。这封信充分揭示了中共当局仍在进行着的对法轮功成员的惨绝人寰的迫害。我介绍这些材料的目的也是要告诉陈、郝二位，你们的抉择是正确的。 </P>
<P>如今，法轮功已经成了善良的人们无法回避的问题。也就是说，无论你对他们的信仰看法如何，不得不扪心自问的是，在酷吏恶警与身陷囹圄的无辜的男男女女之间，你的良心应该在哪一边？法轮功学员和我们在座的许多人一样，在我们出生的那个国度里，大家都是丧失了根本自由，被剥夺到了基本权利的一群。 </P>
<P>我也从哲学的角度研究过法轮功。遗憾的是，关于真善忍这样一个理念， 我起码还有三分之一没有想通。不过， 今年一年， 为了了解真相，我寻访了一些中国的和外国的法轮功学员，发现他们的练功修心活动都是公开进行的，并不是什么秘密的小团体活动。在他们中间，我没有遇到一个身上带有流气匪气霸气的人，也没听到他们说话带着脏字。他们的眼神是平静的，微笑是祥和的，正正常常的人。我问他们是否反共？他们明确地回答我，反共不是属于他们的事。 他们眼下要做的就是向世人说明真相，解救仍在中共牢狱中受尽折磨的亲友和同伴。</P>
<P>使我感到意外的是，这些人不仅作为人的品质很好，而且他们中间不乏在异域他乡，学有所成，成有所就的高级专业人才。他们的心是齐的，意志是坚定的。我想，只要还是贪官污吏把持朝政，专制暴力继续肆虐，他们就会抗争下去。 </P>
<P>各位朋友，陈、郝二位，应该说，近一年多来中共一手遮天的局面已经有了很大的改变。在如今的中国，真是天天都可听到楚歌，处处可见人们揭竿而起。来势迅猛的退党大潮，此起彼伏的维权群体事件涤荡着中华大地。毛邓江胡历代红朝暴君的受害者正在集结。即使在共产党内，比如我所知道的新闻学术界，也是不断有人揭竿而起。十几年前，有老将胡绩伟，这位当年可以列席政治局会议的“人民日报”社长，早已经站出来说不。 还有隶属核心智囊的社科院政治所所长严家其，马列所所长苏绍智等等，都是大家熟习的人。今年赵紫阳逝世前后，又有一批中共老党员揭竿而起。除了李锐、鲍彤、林牧等知名人物外，在那个当口揭竿而起的还有我了解的新华社的两位前副社长，李普和彭迪。李普要求为六四和赵紫阳平反，实现党内外的民主自由，彭迪则揭露人大徒有其名，呼吁三权分立。彭迪还以老记者的敏锐指出，如今大陆的时局很像国民党49年在大陆倒台的前夜。这些老人揭竿而起的缘由，正如李普先生所说，他们， 这些党龄比在座的不少人年龄还要长的人，他们年轻时代曾为民主自由而奋斗，进入中年却遭遇到一系列的反民主反自由的政治运动，如今，不顾古稀之年再次奋起，所为的还是民主自由。除了老人外，中青年俊杰中揭竿而起的也不止一位。北大教授焦国标的檄文“讨伐中宣部”大义凛然直接挑战阎王殿，而“中国青年报”李大同的“万言书”则为新闻工作者夺回了人的尊严。</P>
<P>朋友们，陈、郝二位，柏林墙倒塌后，中共政权自以为避开了经济方面的陷阱，殊不知，他们正在无可奈何地落入自己为自己设下的一党专制的社会圈套。</P>
