<P>解： 谶曰预言的就是近些年来日趋恶化的世态。“天地晦盲”正应验今天人类发展工业所造成的严重空气污染以及人类对森林、草原植被等生态环境的肆意破坏所带来的日益严重的沙尘天气，导致天地混浊晦盲一片。晦盲的大气使地球产生了热效应，近年来地球上的气温在逐年上升，致使大地草木旺盛，就连冬季的田里也是杂草丛生，这又正是“草木蕃殖”一句所指。“阴阳反背 上土下日”，是指近年来出现的阴阳倒悬、阴盛阳衰的这种现象。单从人这讲，女人本属阴柔，男人属阳刚。而今天的女人都比男人还强。而男人呢又不象男人，在女人面前逆来顺受，没有一点儿男子汉应有的阳刚之气。再看现在的世人，没有几人能发自内心敬佩正义，而是认可邪恶；崇拜的不是见义勇为的真正英雄，而是电影电视里的海盗头子，黑社会的老大。今天的人类已完全走入了一个是非颠倒的年代！</P>
<P>颂曰“帽儿须戴血无头”，是指一姓罗的人。在百家姓中唯有“罗”字上边是“血”字少头：“手弄乾坤何日休”，是说那个罗姓之人要用其手中权力在较长一段时间干着蚍蜉撼树般的蠢事。（“手弄乾坤”暗示出此人拥有重权）“九十九年成大错 称王只合在秦州”，是说为了政治目的，他在99年铸成大错，“称王只合在秦州”句说明其政治图谋最终并未得逞。</P>
<P>颂曰四句所预言的这些，正恰恰应验了中共政法委书记罗干为了捞取政治资本，其利用手中权力，伙同他的襟亲何祚庥在1999年挑起的“法轮功事件”，继而动用公安、武警疯狂镇压：利用广播电视等舆论工具大肆造谣诬陷邪恶迫害法轮大法直到现在这一历史事实。</P>
<P>看图中的那个人，使劲的把一个圆形的东西（喻指圆形的法轮）往下踩，则就更为准确而又生动形象的预言了法轮大法遭受恶人镇压的真实情景。</P>
<P>1999年之后，中国大陆的法轮功学员，再不能聚在一起共同炼功、学法，正是应了卦上所示的离散之象。</P>
