<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">原宪是孔子的弟子，他以清静守节，安贫乐道而受人尊敬。他的房子是草搭成的，门是蓬草编成的，门枢是桑树条，屋内上漏下湿，原宪端坐其中丝毫不觉清苦，以修习礼乐教化的儒道为乐。
<P>有一天，子贡去找原宪，他乘坐着高头大马拉的车，穿着雪白华丽的衣服，因为小巷容不下他的大车，子贡只好下车步行前去敲原宪家的门，只见原宪戴着用桦木皮做的帽子，拄着手杖出来开门迎接他。可能见原宪一副穷困寒酸的样子，子贡说：“嘻！先生这是生病了吗？”
<P>原宪回答他说：“我听说没有钱财叫做贫，学了道却不能身体力行去做才叫做病，我现在是贫并不是病。”子贡听后非常惭愧。
<P>唐朝吴筠赋诗《咏原宪子》赞叹道：“原生何淡漠，观妙自怡性。蓬户常晏如，弦歌乐天命。无财方是贫，有道固非病。木赐钦高风，退惭车马盛。”
<P>孔子还有个弟子叫颜回，他一箪食，一瓢饮，住在简陋的小巷中，别人都受不了这种苦，但他却一心向道，始终以此为乐，孔子对他称赞道：“贤哉！回也。”
<P>其实在我们的神传文化中，不管是佛、儒、道，还是其他各家学说中，都把“得道”视为人生最高目标。能够安守贫困之苦，矢志不移，视寻道、学道、得道为最大的快乐，这就是人们所说的安贫乐道。其实贫贱同能否得道并没有直接关系，人们只是以能放下关系到个人切身利益的贫贱和富贵，来形容向道之心之坚定，以示世俗的任何利益和诱惑都改变不了。</P></font></td>
