</span> <P>就象美国防部长拉姆斯菲尔德在曾庆红主管的中共党校里告诫高官们所说的：“每个社会都必须注意防范另一种「长城」，因为畏惧人类的才能而产生的这种「长城」限制言论、资讯或选择，会对人类的才能造成负担。”他尖锐的指出：“但历史告诉我们，要将任何人长久隔绝，现实上是不可能的事。最后资讯还是会穿透过去。”<BR><BR>在海外被告上法庭的610办公室主任、公安部副部长刘京在今年年中一次秘密会议上作了讲话，尽管该次是一次秘密规格程度很高的会议，每省只能派一人参加。最近还是流传出来了。</P>
<P>据悉，有的听到此次会议内容的高官对亲朋好友说：咱们该准备后路了，不能在这棵树上吊死！ </P>
<P> </P>
<P>这份流传出来的秘密会议纪录透露，刘京提及『从苏东剧变，到格鲁吉亚、乌克兰、吉尔吉斯等国发生「颜色革命」看，「天鹅绒」行动，应该引起我们的高度警觉』，并对大纪元在海外和香港所举办的声援退党活动进行了详细分析，并也关注大纪元参与“六四”及“七一”游行等活动。</P>
<P>刘京谈到《九评》威力时说：国内传播《九评》，揭露我们中国共产党的历史，令「党执政」、「党领导」、「意识形态领域」的合法性受到挑战。</P>
<P>秘密文件中，刘京又赤裸裸的公布了中共屏蔽《九评》及退党资讯的情况，刘京说：『仅从去年12月到今年5月底，我有关部门累计发现，境外有关《九评》的网站有248个，我阻断网民对相关《九评》网站的点击8,000万次，阻断退党等电子邮件近3,000万封……至于阻断的电话次数，现在大概难以计算，到底有多少次，就我们的初步统计，举报我党各级领导人的电话就有数千万次”！』</P>
<P>从这个不完全统计的数字中，可以看到人民对《九评》的渴望和对中共恶党统治的愤怒声讨。</P>
<P>刘京心有余悸的说：『有个省对接触过《九评》的87名人员进行了调查，其中50%以上的人持认同态度，只有13%的人表示反对！』这个统计数字已经击垮中共，一个国家87%的人认同《九评共产党》，这意味着什么？更何况这13%的人说的还不一定是真心话。中共岂能不害怕！</P>
<P>刘京又提到在北京、天津、辽宁、上海、河南、济南、黑龙江、湖北、广东、重庆等重要城市均出现《九评》及退党的活动。其中谈到，有一个水利局的职工在公共汽车上和这个局的大院里，公开劝人退党。还有，5月13日是世界法轮大法日，在一个省的省会城市，在繁华地段出现了一条13米乘1.5米宽的巨型标语，内容是「停止迫害 告别中共」。刘京还气急败坏的说，『就在上一个月，我们一个省的一个教师公然在课堂上对小学生讲：“你们带的红领巾是共产党杀人的鲜血染红的！”』</P>
<P>其实刘京的亲父就是被共产党杀死的，他母亲改嫁后，为了怕儿子前途受到影响，而把他的父姓改成继父的姓。现在刘京成了中共杀人的血腥工具，认贼为父，是最悲惨的生命！</P>
<P>在此次秘密会议上，刘京道出了《九评》及退党潮对中共的致命打击：“具有现实危害和潜在威胁”，并且“关系党的执政地位”。</P>
<P>据台湾陆委会8月29日公布的保守数字，仅去年中国大陆民众抗争的事件就多达7万4千多宗；造成的伤亡人数为1,740人；预估直接经济损失约为340亿至400亿元人民币。近一个月以来，到天安门请愿喊冤而被抓的上访民众经常每日超过千人。面对武警、警察不断升级的暴力对待，冤民仍接连不断的闯进天安门五星旗警戒线、或抱住旗杆痛哭、或高喊 “冤枉”。这种视觉感观直接引起去天安门广场的外国记者和普遍百姓的强烈共鸣！ </P>
<P>越来越多的人认为，中共在用残暴的统治去证实它比《九评》中所说的更残忍。王炳章家人的忍无可忍，公开退党声明中用的就是真名真姓。重庆特种钢铁厂几千名下岗工人的抗议事件已经持续两个月。在10月7日的镇压中，险被警察打死的重庆特钢老党员王梦云表示将退出中共。这不是中共逼出来的吗？</P>
<P>其实，目前退出中共的岂只是500余万。据全球退党服务中心表示，分布全球10多个国家和地区，有成千上万的志愿者、义工在为中国的同胞服务。据悉在中国国内，大量无法通过退党服务渠道退党的人士，就在各省市的主要街道上张贴退党声明：有的是用A4纸列印的；有的是用大红纸毛笔字写的；有的是用粉笔写在水泥墙上的；有的是一人退党；有的是多人联签退党，并留了空位以便他人填写。光一位去香港的游客就带了超过1,000人的退党名单，到香港一个退党服务点要求退党。</P>
<P>刘京在秘密会议上的讲话透露中共的死期就要到了，新华网头版头条的甜蜜语言越信誓旦旦，描绘的幻影越美丽惊人，那都是从另一个角度在证实中共不行了。</P>
