<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>近日看了曝光灭绝人性的苏家屯集中营的报导，了解中共恶党对人类的伤害真比当年日本731部队还残忍。</P>
<P>中国的非法器官移植由来已久，据曾在鞍钢铁西医院（位于辽宁省鞍山市铁西区）泌尿外科工作过的胡立民医生讲：1990年前后医院曾派他去位于沈阳的陆军总院学习肾移植技术，后来回到鞍钢铁西医院开展这项工作。</P>
<P>陆军总院泌尿外科主要开展血液透析和肾移植工作。当时由黎鉴全（音）主持此项工作。陆军总院第1年开展此项工作时黎鉴全与院里签了保证书，保证一年内完成72例肾移植手术，如按时完成，院里年终按每例1000元奖励他。可是接近年关时一算还差2例，黎鉴全就让科里专门跑肾源的人去法院联系，提前判2个配型合适的人死刑，未到年关就毙了，取到了肾，从而完成了1年72例肾移植的任务，拿到了奖金，一炮走红，从此越干越大。</P>
<P>当时每提供1名“死刑犯”，医院给法院3000元，这钱最终还是由患者支付。为了保证肾移植成功还有许多细节要做好，行刑时让刽子手把枪口抬高一点，不要伤到脑干，那里是呼吸、心跳中枢，这样可以使肾脏热缺血时间（肾脏仍保持正常体温，却失去正常的血液供应的时间）缩短，有利于肾移植成功，因为肾脏是人体对血压最敏感的地方。并且要刽子手不要用开花弹，那样会使死者快速失血，未等取肾，血已流光，影响移植手术的成功率。</P>
<P>取肾医生之间的配合尤为重要，分秒必争，负责消毒的，负责开腹，负责剥开肠子的，负责准备冲洗设备的，等等都必须配合好。取出的肾必须马上连上事先准备好的冲洗设备冲洗，一边中洗一边挤压肾的不同部位，尽快将肾血管中的血冲洗出去，直到取出的肾中的血都冲净，整个肾脏呈苍白色才算完成。再把取出的肾放入呈无菌保存液的塑料袋中，置冰水中保存，取出的肾24小时内必须完成移植。待取肾成功便电话告诉医院，准备患者手术。</P>
<P>一般是双肾都取，以左肾为好，因左肾血管长，容易進行下步手术。也取右肾是因为以备左肾有病变、损伤、畸形等不能用，或是事先已为另一患者配好了型，一次为两名患者做肾移植手术，降低医院的成本。</P>
<P>被取过肾的尸体，心跳、呼吸可能仍正常，直接装入事先准备好的大塑料袋中，另有专车送火葬场立即火化。有专人监视完成，火化完负责此项工作的人将骨灰存放在火葬场，回来后由专人将骨灰存放收据交给法院，凭此法院还可向死者家人敲取一笔收尸费，至于他们的亲人身上少过什么零件，将永远是迷，因为一切证据都销毁了。</P>
<P>胡大夫从陆军总院学习完后，在鞍钢铁西医院开展了肾移植工作。第一例手术他请了陆军总院的大夫来帮忙；第二例手术是由他组织人完成的。当时的院长是冯裕华、书记是毕佐生、泌尿外科主任是徐衍振、泌尿外科副主任是张全保，护士长是张静，都协力工作。提供肾源的是鞍山法院，“死刑犯”是一名男性，很年轻，20岁左右。他本人并不知道将要被取肾脏，当时医院检验科的人去监狱抽取了多名在押人员的血样（监狱里也有拒绝抽血的，那也只好抽让抽那些人的血了）。回来与患者血配型，当时准备为一男一女两名患者配型。这两人家庭经济能力都较好，由鞍山钢铁公司出钱手术。结果女患者（好象叫何玉新）配上了型，男患者没配上型，只能给女患者手术。那个男患者后来去陆军总院寻求帮助未果，据说在回鞍山的长途汽车上自杀了。</P>
<P>其实肾移植手术的关键在于配型，配型不合，手术注定失败，因为排异反应决定的，术前配型也不是那么简单的，不仅要ABO血型相合，而且要组织相容，也可以说是白细胞型相合，鞍钢铁西医院不能進行这项工作，只好到陆军总院進行这项试验。这项试验是将试管中的血样加入泛影葡胺后离心，这样血中的白细胞就浮在红细胞层，用吸管吸取白细，洗去血浆，计数浓度，将一定量的患者与供者的白细胞混谷共同在温箱中孵育，最后查看有多少白细胞死亡，因主要看淋巴细胞，故此试验称“淋巴细胞毒性试验”，因此项试验准确性决定肾移植手术成败关键，还需要相当的经验，不是哪家医院都做的了的。由此想来，因距离苏家屯太近，秘密监狱恐怕与陆军总院的联系不能少了，至少得给予配型化验技术支持，希望国际社会对陆军总院给以调查。</P>
<P>陆军总院报女患者淋巴细胞毒性试验结果为1.5%，也就是白细胞配型相合。可以進行手术。手术那天早晨，鞍钢铁西医院的救护车等在法院门外，看到警察去监狱提人，不一会就回来了，犯人被带入法院，被宣判死刑后出来时，犯人被反绑双臂，在法院门口，没上去刑场的车之前，鞍钢铁西医院的麻醉师陈晓菲（音），透过衣服向犯人臀部注射了一针药，其中是2支肝素。为的是让犯人的血液不会凝固，以保证取出肾的质量。鞍钢铁西医院的那名女患者的手术非常成功，术后态以患者被安排在单独的无菌间，专人看护，后来顺利出院。</P>
<P>大连医科大学附属第一医院也开展许多肾移植手术，1994年在泌尿外科主任高春章主持下，宋希双大夫主刀，李泉林大夫主管患者就進行了肾移植。供肾的“死刑犯”首先被取了肾，泌尿外科的大夫又取了睾丸去解剖，眼科取去了角膜，骨科取去了骨，烧伤科取去了皮，最后只剩下一团肉，不知所终，因“死刑犯”的家属无力支付收尸费（据说大陆现在被判死刑的人家属要替他收骨灰得支付2000多元）。</P>
<P>中国大陆医院把开展新项目定为科研方向，追求新、奇、特，在名利带动下，以取尸体脏器无法律禁止为由，在不为人知的情况下干着侵犯人权的事，这样的事发展下去每个人的权利都将被侵犯，每个人都将丧失尊严，每个人的脏器都可能被盗取，每个人都可能因为更有钱有权的人需要脏器而被冤判死刑。</P>
<P>中华泌尿外科杂志上发表的陆军总院关于肾移植文章全都是从“死刑犯”身上取肾移植的经验总结。其中有个名叫“向军”的，其实他的真名被省去了姓，因其是高干子弟，为了避嫌疑。据说好象是姓“任”。究竟干了多少肾移植，大家可以去查一查中华泌尿外科杂志看一看他们自己报的数字。</P>
<P>大连友谊医院也不示弱，从陆军总院引進人材，开展肾移植，现仍在继续。因取肾要求严格，枪响后3分钟内必须完成，做取肾工作的医生都非常羡慕上海的同事，因上海的刑场在地下，取肾的医务人员可事先進入场地从容的准备好取肾工作，因此取出的肾质量高。</P>
<P>现在苏家屯秘密集中营就更厉害了，直接就可在活体上取肾了！</P>
<P>听到有6000多大法弟子被秘密关押在苏家屯，危在旦夕，我们不能等待，不能坐视。如有必要，届时我可以站出来为以上的事实做证，为的是制止行恶，挽救生命。</P>
