<P>江泽民恨布什经常挡他的路，但又以受美国总统邀请到农庄吃烤肉为极大的荣誉，所以以美国总统的发话来制约江多少还是起作用的。
<P>最近，赵岩的案子最能说明问题。美国总统布什8月21日与胡锦涛通了电话，其中提到高智晟和赵岩问题。北京法院25日上午突然撤销对纽约时报研究员赵岩的「泄漏国家机密」罪名。但高智晟问题，因为牵扯到退党和法轮功问题，所以至今高层斗争非常激烈，双方都火冒三丈。
<P>8月26日，欧议会副主席麦克米兰-斯考特宣布加入活摘法轮功学员器官调查团，并与加拿大前国会议员、前亚太司长长大卫．乔高一起到澳洲和新西兰巡回演讲中共活体摘取法轮功学员器官。澳洲政府就应对活摘法轮功学员器官指控展开独立调查达成跨党派共识。这个势头正在滚雪球。
<P>实际上，中共高层中最顽固坚持镇压法轮功的江泽民和罗干越来越艰难、越来越孤立。据说《江泽民文选》免费送到高层官员家里，没过一会儿就出现在垃圾箱内。还有的小太子党把书摔在地上踢来踢去，说是踢死江泽民。可见江在高层实在臭不可闻。
<P>难道江就没有耳闻吗？其实这帮人准备逃亡的念头不是一年两年了。江泽民当政时就看出不少非洲小国只要给钱，就为你做事。因此当政后期，江已经在做两手准备。江专门成立了一个专家小组研究投奔哪国最合适、最安全、最不受法律制裁，而且可以坐享其成。陈至立访问非洲那次就是探路子。当然她是失败的，还作为被告上了庭。
<P>几年前，中共高层里那些手上有法轮功血债的，已经在以国家的名义寻找有矿山和石油的国家，进行巨额投资。这些资金七弄八弄，国家投资就变成了私有财产，他们派自己人在那里经营，不许他人过问。现在他们的动作更大，而且似乎都顾不上掩饰了。
<P>前不久， 突然与台湾政府断交的非洲小国乍得政府就是得到非常优厚的利益，按照中共拟定的计划在扫荡国内中共不喜欢的一切因素。
<P>当然不能一棵歪脖树吊死，8月27日，江泽民原在山东的得力干将、政治局常委、中央纪委书记吴官正前往卢旺达、马达加斯加、博茨瓦纳、加蓬四个小国趟路子。
<P>这帮人知道大难来时高层没人肯分担，所以做最坏的打算，但往最好的方向努力。先拢络某些小国，控制那些世界上最急需的经济命脉，然后让这些贪利的政府变成傀儡。
<P>到底哪个国家肯在关键时刻接受他们成立「流亡政府」，谁也不敢打保票，所以只能「狗揽八泡屎」，吃哪个到时再说。
<P>从目前的情形看，江系人马对唯命是从的乍得政府还是比较满意的。</P></font></td>
