<P>中共封锁信息，给老百姓洗脑由来已久。对于党员干部，为了“解决”信息封锁问题，中共出了一些所谓的“内参”，作为特权分别发给不同级别的干部，许多人觉得通过这些内参就可以了解真实的资讯了，了解真相了。 </P>
<P>然而事实并非如此。这其实是中共用另一种方式对党员干部封锁消息，对他们进行洗脑，因为这种畸形的信息传递方式的源头是由少数当权者掌控的，非常容易被别有用心的当权者利用，误导各级干部，以此来达到肮脏的政治目的，而且这种途径的欺诈方式具有极强的欺骗性。
<P>在这些“内参”中，新华社编的内部刊物《国内动态清样》是专给中共省军级高级干部看的“高级内参”，是中共的许多官员信息的主要来源。中共江氏集团迫害法轮功是以谎言、诬陷为基础的。新华社是其散布谎言诬蔑法轮功的最主要舆论工具之一，不仅用来抹黑法轮功，欺骗老百姓，而且也是江氏集团欺骗中共内部的一个政治工具。
<P>远的不说，就说自二零零六年十一月起，《国内动态清样》连续刊登了几篇所谓的“内参”，谎称法轮功向西北农村地区特别是陕西省“革命老区渗透蔓延”。这是中共少数死硬分子在对迫害力不从心的情况下，对法轮功施展的新一轮阴谋，“六一零”又趁机装模作样地搞一个所谓的调查，这种以政治需要“调查”出来的结果自然不可靠，只是一方面为失败掩盖，另一方面继续行骗，为继续迫害寻找借口。在这样的阴谋策划下，中共近来对法轮功学员进行大范围的非法抓捕。
<P>这些所谓高级“内参”具有极强的误导性，有非常险恶的政治目的。中共一直诬蔑法轮功对政权有图谋，并且以此为借口实施迫害。中共为了夺取政权，建了一些所谓的“革命根据地”。这些“内参”诬蔑说法轮功向中共的革命根据地“渗透蔓延”，在党文化中思维的官员一听，就会条件反射地想法轮功要夺取政权，从而被欺骗。
<P>在一九九九年七月中共迫害法轮功之前，有七千万至一亿人炼法轮功，学员遍及全国各地、各级阶层，在西北地区同样一直有许多人修炼，何来“渗透”？如果说是“蔓延”，那么是不是也无意中透露出迫害的失败？当然江氏集团在失败面前，还想垂死挣扎，还想拉人与其同流合污、做陪葬。
<P>因为一定级别的中共干部能够看到这些“内参”，所以一些干部非常自信，自认为很了解法轮功真相，对法轮功学员讲真相非常抵触，根本不听。
<P>笔者就遇到过这样的干部，当对他们讲法轮功是被冤枉的，没有任何政治目的，更不想要谁的权力时，他们不听，不接受，并且说：我看内参，我比你清楚。江氏集团通过中共的内参和情报系统行骗、欺诈，很多中共官员被江氏集团愚弄、欺骗而不自知。
<P>有的干部可能不相信党和党的领导人还会骗自己。许多人知道，当年出现只给袁世凯一个人看的“错版”《顺天时报》，天天登载拥赞帝制的舆论。袁世凯根本想不到儿子会骗自己。
<P>中共官员们，你们有没有想到，你们的信息渠道（包括那些情报、内参等）也一直被江、曾、罗等控制和操纵的。江氏集团为了私利对自己小圈子之外的人（包括高级干部）一直提供假情报、假消息。当你们参与迫害法轮功时，有没有想到你们是被利用和操纵的呢？
<P>《国内动态清样》由于其高度的保密性，到底有多少不顾事实的“动态”外界现在还不得而知，但是被公开揭露出来“谎报军情”的有在八十年代中期的“马丁事件”。
<P>国际舆论曾经揭露出江氏集团明目张胆欺骗高层干部的事例。一张拍摄于一九九二年十月间的邓小平胡锦涛的合照曾经在国际上引起了人们的广泛关注，同一帧照片，竟有三个不同的版本。据“亚洲时报在线”的分析指出[注：<STRONG><FONT size=2>相关文章：</FONT></STRONG><A href="/NEWS/cat10_9/2004-08/1093913971.html">谁动了邓小平胡锦涛的合照？(图、数则)</A>]，新华社报道出的照片经过了加工，尤其令人惊讶的是，胡锦涛自己珍藏的照片竟然也是改动的，而不是真实的原版照片。当时的中共总书记江泽民为了政治目的，显然故意给胡锦涛改动后的照片。身为政治局常委的胡锦涛都得不到自己真实的照片，其他党政干部你就那么自信得到的内参、情报就是真的？
<P>许多人应该知道，中共党内斗争为了打击对手不择手段，例如杀AB团，打倒刘少奇、彭德怀等等。中共对党内的“同志”都这样，对法轮功炼功群众更是使尽了邪招。
<P>中共为了诬陷法轮功谋取政权，由江氏集团控制的“六一零”处心积虑提供假情报。
<P>例如，近期在美国某次声援千万人退党集会上，一位民运人士谈到了“天鹅绒革命”。结果“六一零”蓄意篡改成“法轮功要搞天鹅绒革命”，意思要推翻政府。现在江氏集团又诬蔑说法轮功要“破坏北京奥运会”，蒙骗不明真相的人，并且非法抓捕法轮功学员。
<P>江氏政治流氓集团一次又一次阴谋诬陷法轮功，欺骗党内外，为其继续存在和迫害制造借口。被“六一零”操纵的特务们根据上面的需要提供假情报，为其卖命，从而可以获得大量的“活动经费”。
<P>中共迫害善良，已经造成天怒人怨，《九评共产党》的传播让越来越多的中国人觉醒，由此引发的退党大潮已经使中共处于完全被解体的边缘。
<P>江氏集团迫害法轮功是彻底失败的，“六一零”的垂死挣扎只能使得其下场更惨。那些跟随江罗之流迫害法轮功的人，不管是被胁迫的（或半推半就的），还是自愿的，都将面临最可耻的下场，希望还在掩耳盗铃中的中共官员惊醒。 </P></font></td>
