<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>不久前高智晟律师第三次公开致信中共最高当局，将他了解到的一个政权以黑社会方式凶残迫害法轮功信仰者的详情公诸于世。他的勇气和义举，必定在未来的史书留下重重的一笔。如果要评2005年的“真话英雄”或“中国良心”，那么高律师将是当之无愧的第一人选。</P>
<P>公开信的内容如此真实、如此惨烈，以至于令人难以置信，不忍卒读。迫害的惨烈程度，映衬着敢言者的荣耀，也映衬着沉默者的耻辱。它激励着勇者挺身而出，也鞭挞着懦者进行反省与自责。</P>
<P>高律师以大无畏的精神义正词严的质问，这场始于六年前的对法轮功的镇压到底是怎么发生的，为什么会做出这样不道德的决定？六年来在高墙的背后到底发生了什么？胡温有没有道德和勇气承认并制止罪恶？</P>
<P>高律师直接拷问的是中共最高当局，但其意义远不止于此。那拷问同样适用于所有了解迫害内情的中共官员，适用于所有不愿了解真相，或了解真相而对迫害保持沉默的人。管理学大师彼得·德鲁克(Peter F. Drucker，亦译为杜拉克)在对二战纳粹屠杀的悲剧进行反思时指出，造成纳粹悲剧的最大原因不是纳粹本身，而是世人的冷漠。中共能够长期迫害无辜民众，尤其是六年来对法轮功的骇人听闻的迫害，又有多大程度不是因为我们的冷漠呢？有多少人，包括各级官员，面对真相而不愿去了解、不敢去了解，甚至知道真相而坚持重复中共的谎言？这对迫害的延续难道没有责任吗？如果我们每个人都对邪恶说不，邪恶还能持续到今天吗？细细想来，其实我们每一个人都对悲剧负有一份责任。为什么我们不能象高律师那样勇于了解真相、勇于说出真相呢？</P>
<P>对法轮功的迫害，明慧网上的案例比比皆是，法轮功学员六年如一日通过各种渠道－－电话、传真、电子邮件、街头报纸……－－讲述迫害的真相，为什么非得要高律师和焦教授冒着巨大的危险揭露迫害后才开始相信呢？是怎么障碍了我们更早听取真相呢？</P>
<P>高律师看到了法轮功学员人格的光辉，会被法轮功信仰者感动，是因为他也同样具有善良伟大的品格，那些看不到法轮功和平抗争精神的人，的确应该好好反思自己。</P>
<P>中国的名人不计其数，有理想有追求的人也很多。但象高律师那样拥有道德勇气，有正义良知，有远见的人并不多。了解了中共对善良法轮功修炼者的迫害，就知道共产党是邪恶的代名词。高律师在了解真相之后，公开声明退出无仁、无义、无人性的中共邪党，其高贵品格与浩然正气，令人肃然起敬。很多人在骂中共，却不愿意声明退出。那些还留在中共内，与邪恶为伍的人，难道不是壮大邪党声势的一分子吗？难道对中共的残酷迫害罪行没有责任吗？</P>
<P>有人说，不退出中共的人，是不配做思想家的。我相信，不退出中共的人，也是羞于做中国人的，对于那些了解中共内情的人尤其如此。出于安全的考虑，用笔名是一种智慧。如果连笔名退党（团、队）都不愿意，如果不是糊涂，那就是品行的问题了。</P>
<P>中共对善良法轮功修炼者的迫害过去六年了。在谴责中共当局的同时，我们也必须拷问我们自己：我们对真相了解了多少？我们为制止迫害作了什么努力？我们为捍卫生命的价值、人性的尊严作出了怎样的贡献？是什么束缚了我们退出邪党，继续与邪恶为伍？在何种程度上，是因为我们自身的妥协、怯懦和沉默，成全与延续了这场惨绝人寰的迫害？我们是否能够接受此种对迫害长时间的熟视无睹、无动于衷？甚至于继续充当实行这场迫害的邪党的一员？</P>
<P>了解真相，声援正义，谴责迫害，脱离邪恶，从某种意义上说，不过是上天对我们的最低道德要求，也是我们民族和我们个人拥有光明未来的基本保障。我们需要扪心自问的是，我们是否达到了这个标准？</P>
