<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>在去年九月份十六届四中全会结束的当天，我去《人民日报》上看全会公报。当然这种党文化的宣传中90%都是废话，但我读了之后，还是暗自为胡锦涛叫声“不妙。” </P>
<P>道理很简单，胡锦涛中计了，或者说心甘情愿半推半就地中了计——他采用了吹捧江泽民的办法，让江泽民交出了军委主席的权力。胡锦涛没有看明白一点，党内、国内和国际对江泽民在十六大上恋栈不退的做法已经达到忍无可忍的境地。十六大之后， 即使是亲共的互联网，除了极少数江泽民亲自花钱收买的网站外，也对江泽民骂声一片。说得更清楚一些，是党内、国内和国际上的压力逼退了江泽民，当时胡锦涛还没有太多自己的班底，玩政治手腕是没有资本的。 </P>
<P>但是胡锦涛却误以为吹捧江泽民会让江更痛快和放心地交权，这恰恰中了江泽民的捆绑策略。既然胡锦涛吹捧了江，他就无法象邓否定毛那样否定文革和毛的极左路线， 因此胡在接收江的权力时，也就等于同时接受了江的一屁股血债和一个大烂摊子。江泽民把胡锦涛推到了挨骂的前台。而江泽民自己却从前台退到了后台，靠着他在军委 、政治局、书记处和中组部、中宣部、外交、政法等部门的班底延续江的邪恶路线， 此时挨骂的却变成了胡锦涛。从江泽民的智商来看，这等主意倒更象是“摄政”曾庆红的手笔。 </P>
<P>江泽民干坏事的时候从来都要拉一些人垫背。2001年的时候，江泽民到山西开会，他公开对山西省的省级官员说，“同志们，我们都是绑在一条船上的人，要是船翻了， 咱们大家都完了，不是我一个人。”对于胡锦涛，江泽民当然继续使用捆绑策略。凡是江泽民干过的坏事，想方设法要让胡锦涛也干上一点，这样胡锦涛就无法理直气壮 地清算江了。 </P>
<P>江泽民最大的心病有两个。一个是出卖国土的问题，另一个则是法轮功问题。 </P>
<P>因此江泽民首先在领土问题上捆绑胡锦涛。江泽民与俄罗斯签订的边界条约出卖了超过一百万平方公里的领土，在胡上台后，江害怕胡清算他的卖国问题，于是用枪杆子逼着胡出卖了一半的黑瞎子岛，虽然只有176平方公里，虽然胡锦涛一再对记者和国人解释条约早已谈妥，他只不过是履行一下手续，但是卖国条约上毕竟也有了胡锦涛的签字。 </P>
<P>其次，江泽民指使心腹更加全力地镇压法轮功。这个心腹就是曾庆红和罗干。罗干靠着他掌握的公安系统，曾庆红则靠着他掌控的中宣部、中组部和国安特务不遗余力地镇压法轮功，力图把血债栽到胡温的头上。 </P>
<P>胡锦涛对于法轮功问题是极力回避的。在今年出访北美的时候，加拿大总理马丁公开提出人权问题和法轮功问题，但是胡锦涛在与记者见面时，对法轮功不置一词，这也说明胡锦涛要尽量与镇压保持距离。但是江泽民掌握的外交系统却尽力在胡锦涛出访时制造冲突事端，撕毁法轮功的请愿横幅等，造成一个胡锦涛也要迫害海外法轮功的错觉。这都是江泽民捆绑策略的一部分。 </P>
<P>胡锦涛无法靠他周围的党干部去清算江泽民，因为这些人同样被江泽民捆绑。江泽民是用腐败去捆绑全党的。虽然江泽民的儿子江绵恒是中国第一大贪官，但是江泽民想方设法令政治局常委、政治局和中央书记处中的贪官占大多数。一旦清算腐败问题， 这些人就足以杯葛胡锦涛的任何提议，包括那个从来没有在政治局通过的向全国人民公开各级党员干部财产的提案。 </P>
<P>曾庆红更是动用国安掌握了这些党的干部的贪污犯罪细节，这些人也很难敢对曾庆红说半个不字的。 </P>
<P>只要胡锦涛还力图挽救共产党，他就会发现他已经被江泽民捆住了手脚，什么也做不了，因为江泽民所犯下的所有罪行都已经到了共产党一改就死的程度。 </P>
<P>抛下共产党，胡锦涛才能抛下江泽民留给他的血债和绳索，轻松上路。共产党就象一栋失火的大房子，随时可能在下一秒内坍塌。如果胡锦涛仍然留在党内，结局就是玉石俱焚。看穿江泽民和曾庆红、罗干的“大家一起死”的捆绑策略，停止镇压法轮功 ，与江、曾、罗划清界限，再率众退党逃生，才是胡锦涛的唯一出路。 </P>
<P>希望胡锦涛能好好读一读《九评共产党》，并不断提醒自己——“胡锦涛，神和人民给你的时间是有限的。” <BR></P></font></td>
