<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">中国著名维权律师高智晟，被中共非法关押。他的妻子耿和女士前些天遭到了警方暴力殴打并受伤。 而据媒体报道，现在高律师被以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”，判处有期徒刑三年，缓刑五年。
<p>盲人维权人士陈光诚，也被中共当局判了刑。 </p>
<p>他们被抓、被打、被判刑的原因很简单——他们想申冤，想维权，这就触动了中共的利益。 </p>
<p>中共的治下，百姓是不可以申冤和维权的。也不可以有自己的思想，共产党的天下，共产党上想管天，下想管地， </p>
<p>还得管制你想什么。尽管共产党制止不了你的思想，但共产党要强迫你不许说实话，不然就劳教，判刑。 </p>
<p>申冤，维权，甚至你批评了共产党，这就是“阴谋颠覆国家政权”。 </p>
<p>前几天，因为高智晟案，中共官方还放出消息威胁国际媒体：对高智晟案的“炒作”可能对高智晟的定罪量刑不利。 </p>
<p>奇怪，谁犯了什么样的罪，不是要由法律来衡量吗？怎么媒体对事实的报道还会让法庭对高智晟的定罪量刑不利呢？ </p>
<p>原来，中共国的法律中共是不用遵守的，只要中共想怎么量刑就怎么量刑的!这不就是再次向世人露出了赤裸裸的流氓嘴脸吗？其实，中共一直就是流氓，只是很多人一厢情愿的认为中共不是流氓罢了。 </p>
<p>况且，高律师怎么“阴谋颠覆国家政权”了？他不就是为了受残酷迫害的法轮功学员说了公道话，向媒体披露了这些事实吗？原来，谁说出了事实的真相，这就是足以颠覆国家政权的!原来共产党一直是在利用国家机器掩盖事实的真相。 </p>
<p>维 权也好，申冤也罢。普通的老百姓，有什么太高的要求呢？在共产党的统治下，大家都穷怕了，苦怕了，也被动乱搞怕了。只想求温饱，吃好喝好就行。权利不被侵 犯了，谁会去维权？可是，一旦你的合法权利被侵犯了，要维权，这就是共产党所不允许的。共产党可以满山放火，但老百姓是不可以在家中点灯的。 </p>
<p>现今的中共鱼肉百姓，已经到了令人发指的地步了。 <br>
广东某地，给每名城管人员配备了价值3000多元的防护工具——为了对付卖油条，炸大饼，卖水果的小老百姓们。 <br>
同样是在广东，去年末，在汕尾那个地方，被霸占了土地得不到赔偿，无奈之际维权的农民，却遭到了中共军队的屠杀。 </p>
<p>这个党什么时候把中国人当回事？ <br>
这个党，可以在土改中把200多万地主富农杀掉，霸占了他们的财产。 <br>
可以把统战过来的资本家们的工厂、财产没收。 <br>
可以在反右期间，把几十上百万人打成右派，使多少人含冤负屈，哭诉无门。 <br>
可以搞大跃进，号称要十年内赶美超英，结果造成史无前例的大饥荒，三年风调雨顺，却造成数千万人死亡。 <br>
可以搞十年文革，连共产党自己都称是“十年浩劫”，毁掉了中国几千年来无数的文明古迹，不依法律，把堂堂的中国国家主席刘少奇迫害致死。 <br>
可以在天安门前屠杀请愿大学生。 <br>
可以残酷镇压法轮功，酷刑致死数千人，盗取法轮功学员器官出售。 <br>
可以在广东汕尾屠杀维权农民。 <br>
可以在西藏屠杀藏民…… <br>
这世界上只有你不敢想的，没有中共不敢干的! </p>
<p>一个把国人当做奴隶，除了榨取百姓的骨髓之外就再也没有关心。 <br>
一个不让人说话的社会，一个有冤不能申的社会，这样的现状，共产党想靠暴力压制住民心民意，还妄想着能维持长久。 </p>
<p>和谐的社会，中央军委发布应急预案“中共军队参与处置的重大突发事件包括：协助地方维护社会稳定；处置突发公共安全事件……” <br>
原来，必要时都要调要军队来镇压百姓的社会是“和谐”的。 </p>
<p>这“和谐社会”，今天听说佘祥林冤枉，明天又是聂树斌冤枉，然后有高天虎冤枉，又有被逼跳楼的女教师，又听说孙志刚冤死，还有杜培武也冤，高智晟冤，陈光诚也冤，法轮功还冤…… </p>
<p>冤冤冤 </p>
<p>走遍中国大江南北，到处冤假错案横行。 </p>
<p>这个中共的“和谐”就是冤案横行，所谓的“和谐”，就是用屠杀，用百姓的屈辱和鲜血换来的。 </p>
<p>官员贪污腐败、农民无田种、工人无活干，假冒伪劣品充斥全国市场，这就是共产党嘴里吵嚷的发展，这就是共产党式的“和谐”的真正面目。 </p>
<p>天哪，不要再这样“和谐”下去了!俺们这些老百姓们，怎么受得了共产党老爷们如此的“和谐”？是再也受不了这样的“和谐”。 </p>
<p>别幻想着西方社会能怎么样，也别幻想着共产党能对我们开恩。 </p>
<p>不要指望着狼能变成羊，当务之急，还是退党自救吧!除了自己，我们还能指望着谁？! </p>
