<P>河北省石家庄法轮功学员王博案二审于2007年4月27日上午8时半，在石家庄中级法院开庭，六位北京代理律师李和平、黎雄兵、张立辉、李顺章、滕彪、邬宏威为王博案三个当事人做了精彩的辩护。这是大陆律师首次冲破了中共的禁区，从法律层面上系统的、全面的为法轮功受冤者伸张正义。 </P>

<P></P><B>街道戒严 如临大敌</B>
<P>明慧网消息，三辆警车押送法轮功修炼者王博一家三人开庭，戒严的警察不下600人，法院门口的整条街道戒严，在便道和快车道两边警察组成双排人墙，法院内外还有很多流动法警和便衣。
<P>围观的行人不解，不就是法轮功开庭吗，为何要纠集这么多警察，如临大敌！
<P>警车通过后，石家庄市公安局国保大队的警察抓走了一个在现场拍照的法轮功学员吴磊，至今未放人。
<P><B>律师辩护精彩 检察官理穷换威胁</B>
<P>王博的代理律师李和平当庭宣读了六位律师为王博、刘淑芹、王新中的“宪法至上、信仰无罪”联合辩护意见。凴着他们的专业素质和良心，从宪法至上、信仰自由、维护人权的角度，从宪法和立法、司法程序、法律事实的各个层面，作了无懈可击的辩护。
<P>据理力争的辩护律师，各展风采，从不同角度就王博案一审适用法律不当、事实不清、证据不足、司法程序错误等做了全面的辩护。邬宏威律师则从法理人情的角度，列举被告人刘淑芹在大冬天还被逼只许穿着单衣等例子，入情入理，连在座有的法官也不得不心服。
<P>但辩护律师在庭辩期间却多次遭遇主审法官的打断和威胁。
<P>当李和平律师回答信仰法轮功属于信仰自由的范畴时，合议庭法官刘斌无力辩驳，只好刘斌称李和平“思想有问题”；对律师们有理有据的辩护词，理亏的法官称律师的辩护是“演讲”。检察官岳昆仑法律辩解不过，就换威胁，被告人王博和刘淑芹不得不当庭抗议“不许威胁我的辩护律师”。
<P><B>罗列罪名 被告法庭揭露迫害真相 </B>
<P>被告法轮功学员王博及母亲刘淑芹、父亲王新中当庭揭露一审法官和警察的犯罪行为，陈述他们三人所遭受不同程度的刑讯逼供，如毒打、体罚、威胁、恐吓，仅仅是因为坚持对真善忍的信仰，想要做个好人。王博做最后的陈诉时，却被法官吕玲和刘斌打断。
<P>而检察官岳昆仑所提供的呈堂证据仅是从王博家抄走的历史学家辛灏年讲解的中华历史光碟，与所检控罪名无关。
<P>分析人士称，中共对法轮功学员乱罗列罪名加以迫害，知道在法律上站不住脚，所以法庭上不敢让人多讲话的，多采用威胁、打断发言等方式阻挠事实澄清。如果事实都让讲清了，站在被告席上就将是原告及中共了。
<P><B>明开庭 暗绑架</B>
<P>法官虽然通知王博案公开开庭审理，任何人都可以旁听，但办理了旁听证的人前一天下午不是被片区派出所警察上门骚扰，就是被无理限制人身自由。
<P>开庭日法庭内外戒备森严，大批的公安和防暴警察在街头游荡、排查。女法官魏素贞坐在旁听席，看到有人陆续进入法院旁听，就到法院大厅呵斥法警“为什么放这么多人进来，外面的公安是干什么吃的”。之后，有三名法轮功女学员很快的被抓，塞进警车拉走。
<P>律师向法官强烈抗议，公开开庭，为何27人办理旁听证只准几人进场，法官才无奈又放进几个人，王博亲友总计有8人旁听。旁听席上主要是一些法官和中共官员及值勤的警察，另有石家庄市电视台在录像。
<P>开庭结束后，被抓的一些旁听人陆续被放回家，但没有全部放回。
<P><B>辩护律师遭威胁</B>
<P>由于中共当局施压滕彪律师没有参加辩护，但仍参加旁听表达关心。退场时滕彪被一群法警围殴，法警像拎小鸡一样将其扔到法院大门外的便道上后，扬长而去。滕彪律师一身是土，西服袖子撕扯下大半，只剩少部分相连，随身物品不知去向，电脑包被好心人从警察手中夺回并归还。
<P>滕彪是法学博士、著名学者，中国法学教育的最高学府——中国政法大学教师，曾上书人大取消收容制度，曾被评为2003年度全国十大法治人物之一、获Gleitsman Foundation 社会成就奖。
<P><B>越来越多的人为法轮功説话</B>
<P>自1999年以来，中共对法轮功造谣和迫害，制造全国恐怖，随着法轮功学员8年坚持不懈的讲真相，越来越多的人明白了，开始站出来为法轮功説话。六位辩护律师以他们的良心、胆识、专业素质和业务水平为法轮功所做的辩护，是大陆律师界首次冲破了中共的禁区，为法轮功公开上庭抗辩。
<P>正如法学家、著名学者袁红冰在《中国自由文化运动2007年特别精神信仰奖》颁奖辞中所述，“面对比法西斯更为凶残的中共暴政，法轮功精神修炼者以坚忍不拔的意志，维护自己信仰权利的行为，证明了一个真理，强权没有能力战胜精神信仰。面对惨绝人寰的政治大迫害，法轮功精神修炼者以和平而又英勇顽强的方式对暴政的抗争，正在赢得历史的尊重。”<BR></P></DIV></font></td>
