<P><B>关于法轮功器官移植取证问题的部份补充资料</B>
<P>本人在上月底就沈阳及中国部份地区的国家处理法轮功的相关问题进行了说明，现将部份其它资料予以公开，以便于国际社会尽快制止该类行为的继续。
<P>目前最大的问题可以说发生在法轮功及其他被强制关押人员的器官移植的取证上，由于取证非常困难，因此，导致相关的海外机构对此事件由于缺乏足够的证据而难以解决。
<P>在取证这一点上，现将整体的本人可以接触的简单官方流程予以披露，希望有关机构能够在此中获得必要的启示。基于安全原因，本人仍不能完全公布完整的流程，仅将其中的部份进行讲述。
<P><B>一、器官移植的强制办法</B>
<P>在整体上所有被进行器官移植的人员可以分为两类，一类是自愿，一类是非自愿，但是在官方的口径上都是自愿的，怎么理解呢？就是法轮功及其他关押人员在关押期间使用是真实的名称，但是在进行器官移植时使用的是伪造的假名字，也就是一个虚构的人出现，但是这个人的资料是完整的，而且是在器官移植的自愿书上签字的 (当然是代签的)。我接触的资料中仅这种伪造的代签资料有6万多份，都是什么本人自愿进行某种器官移植，并承担一切后果，甚至还有移植心脏，许多的签字都是一个人的笔迹。这类资料的保存期限是18个月，然后必须销毁。该资料的保存机关为省级军区，查阅资料须经中央驻地方专员批准。这里有一个注意的地方就是，在进行器官移植的过程中，如果器官移植失败，被移植器官人员的资料和尸体必须在72小时内全部销毁。整体的资料和尸体，甚至是活人焚毁必须经军事监管人员认可。军事监管人员有权逮捕，关押，强制处决任何泄露消息的医生、警察、武警、科研人员等。军事监管人员由中央军委授权相关军事人员或军事机构执行。
<P><B>二、活体取得</B>
<P>任何被确定将进行器官移植人员，很多将被从监狱、劳教所、看守所、集中营等带离，此时他们将失去名字，只有一个代号，而与此代号相对应的是一个伪造的自愿进行器官移植的自愿者。而该人员将会被告之将进行身体检查，然后是局部麻醉，接下来就是活体移植，由于必要原因，在进行相关的交接的军事监管人员的部份省略。
<P><B>三、为什么巨大的器官移植与实际数据相差巨大</B>
<P>很多人都将器官移植的数据集中在官方公开的部份上，实际上在中国进行的地下非公开的器官移植数量要比公开的要多几倍，例如：如果官方公开的是一年是3万例，那么实际进行的数量应是11万例，这也是中国器官移植价格剧降的根本原因，由于有巨大的活体来源，因此，许多的军事背景的医院在公开上报的同时，私下也大规模的进行独立的器官移植，导致实际的数量远远高于官方统计，我在之前讲过，在这些人眼中，这些被进行器官移植的人员已经不被作为人类看待，而是如牲畜一样的动物，作一例，两例或许还心有余悸，但是一旦经过几千几万例的过程后，一切都被改变，活体移植，活人焚烧都变得麻木。人人都知道中国有很多的产品出口，但是在中国的出口产品中还有巨大的活体出口，所谓的活体出口就是境内外势力结合将符合要求的人员以商品的形式卖到国外，在国外进行器官移植，移植后人体同样焚毁（注意：中国在海外有机构专门处理被活体移植的尸体，很多中共在海外的使领馆都参与其中），一切与人类活体有关的出口产品中，中国的产值是世界第一。这些出口的活体几乎都有伪造的自愿资料，具体的方式不详，了解的是2005年出口活体超过940人。在中国与世界上实际上已经形成了巨大的器官交易网，中国是国际活体器官交易的中心，几乎在2000年以后一直占世界活体器官移植总数的85%以上，该数据是军委上报资料的一部份，有几个人因此升为将军，原因就是该领域的成绩。
<P><B>四、证据的监察系统</B>
<P>我在之前讲过，器官移植的管理系统是军队，其意思就是该类事情的管理及机构的核心是军事系统，这是政府机构望尘莫及的，因为一旦成为军事机密是无法获得资料的，因为军事系统的运转相信大家都了解。所以需要将一定的注意力关注到许多的军事设施上，那才是真正的集中营。
