<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>世界卫生组织接获中共当局通报，早前感染禽流感的一名19岁中共军队士官，前日不治死亡，令到中国大陆已知感染禽流感死亡的人数增至16人。香港卫生署昨晚表示，已接获内地当局知会。</P>
<P>这名士官在福建服役，上月18日确诊感染高致病的H5N1禽流感病毒，在军方医院接受诊治。这是中国今年已知的第三宗禽流感病例。另外两宗分别来自福建省一名农工以及安徽省一名16岁男童。</P>
<P>中共官方至今共对外公布有25宗人感染禽流感病例，但只有一宗可以追溯是由受感染的家禽传染，令外界忧虑中共监督疫情是否有效。世卫指出，中共有必要加强监察禽流感病毒的传播途径。</P>
<P>美联社早前报导，5月26日，中共卫生部公布该名军人于5月14日因发烧咳嗽入院，后被证实染上H5N1病毒，但却拒绝透露该名军人的身份，或如何染上禽流感。世卫北京女发言人布伦特（Joanna Brent）当时指出，中共当局唯一透露的是染病军人当时驻扎在福建省，但拒绝给出更多详情。</P>
<P>她说：“一个孤立的H5N1禽流感病毒当然不值得引起健康危机，但是它的出现显示，该病毒还在传染，并将还是一个潜在的公众健康危机。”</P>
<P>世卫表示，尽管该组织不断追问，中共卫生部至今仍拒绝作出回应。</P>
<P>据香港媒体追踪报导，该名感染高致命性H5N1禽流感病毒的士官属福建省南安市官桥镇驻军，而在南安驻扎的是装备精良的中共第31军。</P>
<P>国际社会对中共隐瞒疫情、拒绝透露详情接连表示抗议，尤其在中共军队中的疫情，外界完全无法得知任何信息。2006年，经过3年隐瞒后，中共才确认一名死于03年的24岁军人乃因感染禽流感死亡，而至今仍拒绝向外间提供病毒样本。世卫表示，这将严重影响研制药物以及预防方针。<BR></P></font></td>
