<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>(美国之音记者：萧敬2005年10月16日华盛顿报导)中国第二艘载人飞船“神舟六号”10月12号发射升空。中国官员说，神六发射升空是载人航天史上的丰功伟绩，提高了中国在国际上的声望和地位。在这次听众信箱节目里，我们来听听几位听众朋友对中国发展航天技术的看法。 <BR><BR><B>*飞船上天，人权扫地，生活多艰* </B></P>
<P>吉林的先生说，现在中国老百姓最关心的不是载人飞船上天，而是日常生活中的艰难： </P>
<P>“飞船上天，人权扫地。现在大张旗鼓地宣传人民的自豪感，可是我是经过70年代卫星上天、东方红乐曲的人，我的激情全无。现在人们关心啥呢？上学难，看病难，就业难，上访难，维权难，知情难，所以说是‘飞船上天，人权落地。” </P>
<P><B>*解决不了温饱问题* </B></P>
<P>山东的赵先生说，人民的温饱是最重要的： </P>
<P>“我认为，现在神六上天，媒体宣传得越厉害，越证明国内的一个极端掩盖另一个极端。不可能达到民心所向的程度了，因为中国最底层的贫民没有达到温饱和各方面的富裕程度，说什么都没有用。” </P>
<P><B>*航母还是天军？* </B></P>
<P>江西的崔先生认为，造载人飞船不如造航空母舰。他说：“我认为神六是中看不中用，还不如多造航空母舰，增加国防。” </P>
<P>这位崔先生刚才谈到中国制造航空母舰的问题。我记得我们的记者曾经就这个问题写过一篇报导，其中谈到，很多专家认为制造航空母舰更得不偿失，因为制造航空母舰需要的财力投入太大，而实际用途有限。一些中国军方人士认为，中国应当放弃航母计划，着重发展太空技术，致力于建立一支所谓“天军”。中国建立天军的可行性以及天军的作用究竟有多大，目前还存在很多争论。 </P>
<P><B>*民生和国力* </B></P>
<P>浙江的吴先生说，应当把发展航天事业的钱用在人民福利上： </P>
<P>“神六上天耗费巨资，中国现在有好多人看不起病，读不起书，这个钱用在国内福利上不是更好吗？有人认为，神六提高了国力，另一方面又增强了共产党的威信，政府何乐而不为呢？” </P>
<P><B>*大好事，但无助于党揽民心* </B></P>
<P>浙江的何先生说，靠神六上天不能缓和中国的政治、社会矛盾： </P>
<P>“我觉得神六升天是一件大好事。但是，共产党想借神六升天来增强老百姓对共产党领导的凝聚力，我觉得这是做不到的，因为中国的政治、社会矛盾太尖锐了，仅仅靠神六的升天，这个力量太微不足道了。” </P>
<P><B>*大国应有之举还是不顾国情财力？* </B></P>
<P>上海黄先生认为，中国目前还不到发展航天技术的时候。他说： </P>
<P>“最近一、两天，中国新闻媒介大肆宣传报导神六上天的事情，目的非常明显，就是提高共产党的威信以及光辉形象，让老百姓跟党走，激发他们的爱国热情。如果中国经济发展，人民生活安定幸福，发展一点(航天技术)还是可以的。现在中国那么落后，那么贫穷，还搞这东西，非常荒唐。” </P>
<P>浙江张先生说，中国应当发展航天技术：“我觉得发展航天技术还是有必要的，毕竟中国是个大国。” </P>
<P>天津的冯先生认为，发展航天技术不符合中国国情：“载人航天根本就不符合中国的国情民意，中国根本就没有必要搞载人航天。中国毕竟还是非常贫困的发展中国家，中国需要花钱投资的地方太多太多了。”</P></font></td>
