<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>禽流感在中国有蔓延之势，继内蒙古后，安徽、湖南亦有禽鸟感染H5N1禽流感病毒，香港已禁止相关地区的活禽及禽肉进口。中国大陆幅员广大，加上中共有过隐瞒沙士（SARS）疫情的前科，部分公共卫生专家对于大陆禽流感疫情通报的真实性，仍存有疑虑。</P>
<P>港府25日收到中共国家农业部的通知，指在安徽省和湖南省出现禽流感疫情。这是中国在一周内传出的第2和第3宗禽流感个案。</P>
<P><STRONG>大陆两省逾千鸡鸭鹅死</STRONG></P>
<P>香港卫生福利及食物局昨日表示收到中共农业部通报，指安徽省爆发禽流感，当地有2,100只鹅染病，其中550只死亡，4万5千多只禽鸟被销毁。另外，卫福局昨日下午再收到中共农业部通报，指湖南省湘潭县射埠镇湾塘村出现鸡、鸭发病死亡的情况。据了解，共有687只鸡、鸭发病，当中545只死亡，而当局销毁禽鸟共2,487只。</P>
<P>鉴于安徽省和湖南省发生确诊H5N1禽流感病毒个案，港府宣布即时暂停处理相关地区的活禽鸟及禽肉的进口申请。据称，自从去年7月安徽省爆发禽流感后，香港已经暂停由该省进口活禽鸟及禽肉，而本港现时也没有来自湖南省的进口禽肉或活禽鸟。</P>
<P>港府卫福局发言人还表示，知悉土耳其、罗马尼亚和克罗地亚3国最近均发生禽流感个案。由于香港与该3个国家并无禽肉或活禽鸟的进口安排，故此以往没有来自该地的进口，而港府亦不会处理有关的进口及转口申请。</P>
<P>据BBC中文网报导，联合国粮农组织驻中国代表莫纳说，中共农业部早于24日证实，安徽省天长市附近某村的大批鹅只因感染H5N1禽流感病毒而死亡。</P>
<P><STRONG>粮农组织指疫症遍亚洲</STRONG></P>
<P>莫纳表示，中共农业部并没有具体说明这些鹅是在什么地点和什么时间感染禽流感的。莫纳又说，禽流感问题“不仅在中国出现，整个亚洲都有。毫无疑问，情况很严重”。</P>
<P>中共国家林业局新闻发言人曹清尧24日在新闻发布会上说，目前在中国野生动物中尚未发现禽流感疫情。曹证实中共林业局最近召开了防治秋季禽流感的工作部署会议。</P>
<P>此外，联合国粮农组织也表示，非常关注安徽省爆发的禽流感，又指当地爆发的证实是致病性较强的H5N1型禽流感。据悉，当地发现禽流感的村庄，方圆5公里已经封锁。中共农业部官员表示，在安徽省发生的禽流感疫情已经扑灭，目前未发现新疫点。</P>
<P><STRONG>中共封锁内蒙疫症消息</STRONG></P>
<P>内蒙古呼和浩特市一条村落，10月中旬以来发生数千鸡只死亡事件，经确认死亡鸡只感染H5N1禽流病毒。该村落为消灭疫情而封村，到目前为止中共当局指没有人感染疫症。</P>
<P>内蒙古的卫生和农业官员就拒绝接受媒体的采访，而中共卫生部至今仍未公开评论内蒙禽流感爆发事件。</P>
<P>针对已有3个省和自治区爆发禽流感疫情，中国的禽流感防疫资讯透明度引起关切，美国之音报导指出，中共各个媒体在报导禽流感的消息时，都规定只能引用官方新华社的通稿，统一口径发放疫症消息，不能私下采访报导。</P>
<P><STRONG>印尼再有人染病死亡</STRONG></P>
<P>世界卫生组织昨日公布最新人类感染H5N1禽流感病例数字，指出自2003年底以来共有121宗病例，63人死亡，最新1宗死亡案例证实发生在印尼。但世卫说，仍然没有确定有人传人的禽流感发生。</P>
<P>印尼卫生部昨日再证实多1宗人类感染禽流感死亡个案，令当地感染禽流感死亡人数增至4人。最新的死亡个案是一名23岁男子，他居住在西爪哇茂物市，9月底不适送院，2日后死亡。昨日送到香港的样本化验结果证实他感染了禽流感。</P>
<P><STRONG>印度上千候鸟暴毙</STRONG></P>
<P>另外，据法新社印度加尔各答25日电，印度东部的西孟加拉省，继热带气旋于1周前侵袭加尔各答以北500公里的库里克保护区后，区内有1千多只候鸟暴毙。暴毙候鸟的血液样本和尸体已送往市内国立学院的诊断实验室进行免疫血清检验，调查死鸟是否感染禽流感病毒。</P>
<P>西孟加拉省森林厅长柏曼指出，这些候鸟大部份来自中国大陆。他又说，动物和野生物官员将会捕捉其它候鸟，送往上述实验室检验。<BR></P></font></td>
