<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>国际社会对苏丹政府的罪行关注甚少，就像对中共的罪行关注甚少一样。</P>
<P>苏丹总统巴希尔（Omar Hassan al-Bashir）被控种族灭绝罪和反人类罪，要为40万无辜者的死亡负责。从2003年开始，苏丹政府对境内达尔福尔（Darfur）平民实施有计划的灭族大屠杀，将他们驱逐出世代祖传的居住地，从而变成石油产地，以此发财。而中共更是有过之而不及，干脆有组织有计划的活摘器官、牟取暴利。</P>
<P>「种族灭绝罪」、「群体灭绝罪」和反人类罪是独裁者的通病，所以，哪个独裁者被起诉时的罪行都与此有关。哪个独裁者被制裁被处死，其他独裁者就神经失常。</P>
<P>11月13日，在联合国教会中心大厦二楼的“审判种族灭绝特别法庭”，由包括诺贝尔奖得主渥雷．索因卡在内的五位法官对苏丹总统巴希尔被控种族灭绝罪进行了缺席审判，并宣布罪名成立。</P>
<P>虽然这场模拟审判未具法律效力，但是从公开该消息起，就受到苏丹当局的干扰。出庭作证的苏丹人遭到死亡威胁，没有一个苏丹律师敢于接受邀请担任模拟审判中独裁者巴希尔的辩护律师。</P>
<P>“审判种族灭绝特别法庭”（Judgment on Genocide Tribunal）进行这场审判的目地，是希望更多的人能知道苏丹政府犯下的种族灭绝罪行，引起更多的关注。同时该特别法庭也是对国际刑事法庭（International Criminal Court）持续收集苏丹当局犯罪证据的支持。特别法庭希望通过这场审判让人们更深入了解苏丹正在发生的反人类罪行，以及国际社会对结束这场屠杀的无所作为。 </P>
<P>86年诺贝尔文学奖得主，著名人权活动家渥雷．索因卡（Wole Soyinka）担任了这场审判的主审法官，其他四名法官是知名大学教授、律师、致力于达尔福尔地区和平的活动家等。主控官是加拿大前亚太司司长大卫．乔高（David Kilgour），辩护律师则是由两名具有超过20年刑事辩护经验的加拿大律师担当。</P>
<P>此次，在独裁者发出死亡威胁后，仍有8位证人出庭，出于安全性考虑，其中两名证人身份没有公开。53岁的Mohamed Elgadi先生是酷刑的幸存者，他亲眼目睹了多起针对特定种族的暴行。他在被关押期间，曾被告知，这些行动得到总统巴希尔的批准。22岁的 Jarannabi Abbas Ageed本是达尔福尔的学生，在一次种族清洗行动中幸运逃脱，但是与他从小一起长大的好朋友不幸被打死了。来自苏丹的律师Chad Curlett先生曾被关押4个月，并遭受酷刑折磨。他亲眼目睹一女子被轮奸致疯。作证时，他几次哽咽，无法继续。</P>
<P>法官Obang Metho说，“我们一直在讲，‘永不重蹈覆辙（Never Again）’，但是，这样的事却一再发生。”他说，“我们每一个人都是这个世界的公民，都有责任来制止任何反人类的罪行。我们早就应该有所行动了。”这不仅仅是指对苏丹暴君巴希尔个人，而是世界上所有的暴君。</P>
<P>索因卡说，“就在我们说话的时候，这场令人憎恶的罪行还在进行着。”中共也是这样。他表示：“这是世界的良心污点。现在是国际社会承担起在苏丹的责任的时候了。”同理，世界也要承担起没有谴责、没有制裁中共的责任的时候了。</P>
<P>整个审讯进行了约5个小时，最后五名法官一致认为证据确凿，苏丹总统巴希尔种族灭绝罪和反人类罪罪名成立。</P>
<P>它的意义决不仅仅是审判巴希尔，为达尔福尔地区和平积极努力的Connie Winston女士说，“世界正处在危险中，不仅仅是因为那些作恶的人，还因为那些对恶行视而不见的人。”</P></font></td>
