<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">由於中共政坛一贯黑箱运作，於是观察中共政局便有了「名单学」和「亮相学」。要想知道某某人是否失势，只能从「名单学」 和「亮相学」中去查找答案。
<P>江泽民主政的晚期，他将曾庆红、贾庆林、黄菊、李长春硬塞入十六届政治局常委后，引起朝野一片反对声浪，以至形象更为不佳。於是，江泽民下令对这四人要多宣传、多报道。从那时起，不论大小活动，在中共官方喉舌的新闻报道中都是一口气让这九常委联袂亮相。<BR><BR>自二OO六年以来，九名政治局常委中排名第六的黄菊，却好一阵子在政治局常委公开亮相时不见了。黄菊的最新图片，是一月十五日出席全国交通工作会议。黄菊最后一次与中央政治局其他常委共同露面，是一月中旬在北京会见北韩独裁者金正日，随后并陪同金正日到湖北考察。此后，在中共中央春节团拜、元宵节晚会上，都没有见到黄菊。
<P>由於一连几次在中央政治局委员集体亮相的场合都没有出现黄菊的身影，因而引起了外界诸多政治联想：他是在政治上失势了，还是身体出了问题？<BR><BR>此后在舞蹈家戴爱莲、科学家王选的遗体告别仪式上，在中央政治局常委送的花圈中，黄菊仍然名列其中，说明黄菊在政治上并未失势。直至二月中旬，外交部发言人只是含糊地说：「黄菊同志在工作中」。
<P>三月初，人们将目光聚焦到了「两会」，黄菊在「两会」的主席台上该亮相了吧？！三月二日，政协十届四次会议发言人吴建民在回答外界的询问时，才说：「前不久黄菊副总理因身体不适住院治疗，自前正在康复中。」<BR><BR><STRONG>高层人士的保健规格</STRONG></P>
<P>按中共的等级制度，中央政治局常委每人都配备一名主任级医师、一名护士。在解放军总医院、北京医院各有二组医疗专家组，二十四小时待命为九名政治局常委健康服务。黄菊的随身医生原是上海华东医院副院长、全内科主任、复旦大学医学系教授张某。<BR><BR>根据中央保健局的规定：中央政治局常委、委员每月做一次常规检查，一季度要住院做一次各器官的检查，健康保险程度极高。早在二OO一年底，当局已在中南海、香山（中共中央、中央军委战备指挥中心）、中央军委大厦、人民大会堂，分别都设立了急救医疗室，配备了急救用医疗器材、几物等。 </P>
<P><STRONG>黄菊三度病危<BR></STRONG><BR>黄菊是一月中旬被送进解放军总医院的，二十四日凌晨二时，医疗组发出病危通知。当时，中办主任王刚在场。
<P>二月十六日，病情又恶化，近中午时，医疗组再度发出病危通知。胡锦涛、温家宝、吴邦国、曾庆红立即赶到医院。稍后病情又趋於稳定。中央保健局、卫生部从上海第二军医大学调来传染病症专家古某、华东医院疑难病专家蒋某，专程到北京参加会诊。二月下旬，病情出现好转。<BR><BR>三月三日晚上，病情再度恶化，心脏一度停止跳动，医疗组发出第三次病危通知，并进行抢救。官方在内部就黄菊病情进行了通报，称：胰脏癌初期，属恶性胰腺癌。二月中旬曾宣称，患了急性肾炎并发症。<BR><BR><STRONG>黄菊生什么病的三个版本<BR><BR></STRONG>黄菊患病住院，病情恶化反复、三度病危是事实。但究竟是什么病？京沪政界流传有三个版本。
<P>按常理，中央政治局常委具备一级的保健、护理，查证到癌症时已属中晚期的可能性应该很低，除非日常检查时失责。
<P><STRONG>第一版本：病情与政治有关<BR></STRONG><BR>版本之一，一月中旬，黄菊在中央政治局常委组织生活会议上，受到吴邦国、曾庆红的指责，令他难以承受。<BR><BR>缘起，黄菊受中央政治局常委会的委托，解决上侮市委班子问题，结果不但未能解决，他反而把中央政治局常委会内部讨论、极具争议的人事调动捅给陈良宇和韩正，致使陈良宇一度以「病假」要挟中央。中央政治局常委会讨论时，原拟调陈良宇到四川省任省委书记，由国务院秘书长华建敏到上海任市委书记。这一方案本是曾庆红提的。曾的本意是陈良宇到四川后如有所作为，在十七大便可巫升国务院副总理，接替曾培炎。
<P>在中央政治局九名常委班子中，以胡、温、吴、曾四人为核心层。重大议题多由胡、温、吴、曾四人协调、商议后，再提到常委会上。曾庆红主管中央书记处，成了日常工作的大管家，调陈良宇去四川，便是曾庆红的主见，其目的是让陈对上海的各种指责和民怨风潮能回避一段时期。待稍平息后，将陈良宇调升京官，阻力就会少些。但黄菊这一捅把事情搞砸了。<BR><BR>黄菊在民主生活会上挨批后写请辞信时，中风送医院抢救的，后虽有好转，但又突发急性肾炎并发症，致使病症处於危急。<BR><BR><STRONG>另两个版本<BR></STRONG><BR>版本之二，一月中旬，黄菊到总政俱乐部娱乐，兴致超常，血压升高，跌倒在舞池中，被送往医院时一度休克，经抢救才苏醒。<BR><BR>版本之三，黄菊在春节前夕的全身各器官检查中，被诊断患了绝症─胰脏癌，院方要他留院医治。消息指，他和已故前中央政治局委员、广东省委书记谢非，患的是同样的病。
<P><STRONG>陈良宇等人探望黄菊<BR></STRONG><BR>黄菊目前在解放军总医院中央一级留医部住院医疗。「两会」期间，上海来京参加「两会」的代表，仅准许由政治局委员、市委书记陈良宇、市长韩正、人大主任龚学平、市政协主席和市纪委副书记五人前往探望。<BR><BR>探望归来后，陈良宇对上侮参加「两会」的代表、委员说：黄菊同志病情反复，医生、专家正全力救治。黄菊同志问候大家！<BR><BR>凡探望黄菊，要由中央书记处批准。除中央一级的高官外，都被婉拒：「暂不方便」。
