<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>人们都说，大动作整肃官场是件好事，看怎么说，官场需要大动作整肃的时候，说明已经全面腐烂，既然如此不如另辟战场。</P>
<P><STRONG>● 烂瓜换烂桃</STRONG> </P>
<P>陈良宇下台后，被上海人称为「不正」的市长韩正刚刚顶替陈良宇当上了上海市委代书记，同时还兼市长，但是矛盾的是，中共中纪委要求需提交个人表现总结报告的33名问题高干里就有韩正。</P>
<P>贾庆林、黄菊、韩正等都提交过请辞报告，不管是压力也好，还是个人惧怕秋后算账也好，反正是想低调些，但这些人最后不降反升，权力越大坏事干的越多，难道中国15亿人口，就找不出几个治理国家的人吗？烂瓜换烂桃有什么意义？</P>
<P><STRONG>● 中共的「顶梁蛀」</STRONG></P>
<P>争鸣杂志11月刊透露，迄今为止，已有三十三名各地方省级高干，包括三名副总理级地方高干，被中共中央政治局、中纪委责成提交个人表现总结报告。</P>
<P>当我们看到这些非常熟悉的名字时，一点都不感到惊讶，因为几年前告他们的状纸就得论斤称，但是现在他们不但依然在最重要的权力位置上，而且有的已经内定在十七大再进入中共最高决策层。</P>
<P>他们是：刘淇（政治局委员、北京市委书记）、张立昌（政治局委员、天津市委书记）、俞正声（政治局委员、湖北省委书记）、黄华华（广东省委副书记、省长）、黄丽满（江姘头、广东省人大主任，原深圳市委书记）、孟建柱（江西省委书记、省人大主任）、徐光春（河南省委书记、省人大主任）、张学忠（四川省委书记、省人大主任）、韩寓群（山东省委副书记、省长）、王鸿举（重庆市委副书记、市长）、邢元敏（重庆市委副书记）钱运录（黑龙江省委书记、省人大主任）、张左己（黑龙江省委副书记、省长）、韩正（上海市委代书记、市长）、龚学平（上海市人大主任）、罗世谦（上海市委副书记、市纪委书记）、吴志明（上海市委常委、政法委书记、公安局长） </P>
<P><STRONG>● 官场全烂</STRONG></P>
<P>据中纪委十月十二日《简报》透露，吴官正在中纪委会议上说：根据中央的考察、调研和党内外反映，不能说全部，也有百分之九十的省市二级党委已经变质，至少有百分之八十的党政一把手是不称职、不合格的。</P>
<P>迄今为止，已有四百三十多名副省部级或以上的高干，被列入在以下五个方面有较严重的问题：（一）在经济上、个人财产来源上，有较多较严重问题；（二）在生活作风、道德品质上败坏，引起较大民意反对；（三）在组织上有非正常活动，搞山头、搞帮派活动；（四）利用职务，有滥权、越权活动；（五）配偶、亲属在经济上组织依附权势的非法活动，引起社会民愤。（没引起公愤的，没有列入其中）</P>
<P>这样的党还有存在的必要吗？</P>
<P>拿苹果举例子，一个苹果的百分之九十以上已经烂掉了，人会保留它，还是扔掉它？保留的目地是什么？我们常常发现，即使那百分之十看起来没有坏，但真嚼在嘴里你还是会吐出来的──不是味儿！</P>
<P>既然如此，当胡锦涛做出任何整肃官场的大动作时，不如弃中共建立一个新党，说句实话，不管胡锦涛肯不肯放弃共产党，中共的腐烂是没人能够治的。</P>
<P><STRONG>● 看看有多少发臭的苹果</STRONG> </P>
<P>列为重点整顿的地方省级党委有十六个：上海市委、天津市委、重庆市委、广东省委、江西省委、福建省委、黑龙江省委、河南省委、安徽省委、四川省委、河北省委、湖南省委、湖北省委、山西省委、山东省委、云南省委。</P>
<P>列为重点整顿的中央部委办（局），有十二个：教育部、司法部、国土资源部、水利部、建设部、交通部、卫生部、中国人民银行、海关总署、国家税务总署、国家统计局、国家体育总局。</P>
<P>十月十二日、十月十六日、十月十九日，中办、国办、中纪委分三批，派遣四十七个巡视组、二十四个工作组、十七个调查蹲点组，进驻地方省（区）、直辖市和有关部委办。</P>
<P><STRONG>● 苹果再臭也当作丰盛果实</STRONG> </P>
<P>让人哭笑不得的是，中共中央政治局、「国务院」、中纪委这次整肃官场，采取了在派遣巡视组、工作组、调查蹲点组进驻的同时，还把有关地方、部委办（区）主要负责人“请”上北京，把收集到举报的情况向他们“摊牌”。</P>
<P>“摊牌”不是法律手段，而是讨价还价的一个工具。公检法这个时候不让它起任何作用，法律被中共强奸了！ </P>
