<P>一直自嘲为特务间谍王国的日本，近日又有一份周刊杂志爆料，指中共又有新招收买日本政界，但是万没想到的是用中国人的器官作为诱饵，诱导日本政界一些长年病患者，前往中国国内进行移植。报导指出，至今的间谍收买活动，都是用金钱、美女，而国人的脏器为其服务，还是头一回。日本的一些网民就此在网上谴责中共操控人民的生命，以摘取国人的器官去贿赂邻国的政治家。</P>
<P>据大纪元记者任子慧11月30日东京报导，日本著名周刊之一的《POST周刊》以“针对安倍政权的中共红色‘脏器移植的劝诱’”的头条大字标题刊载文章，详细披露了中共针对日本政界用器官移植作为诱饵的事件。</P>
<P><STRONG>中共高官以换器官诱人</STRONG></P>
<P>据该报导指称，一位日资企业的相关人员证实，一名中共高官曾在某日本企业中国分社的首脑圆桌会上公开招揽，表示其“友好”，让在座的介绍因内脏疾病而苦恼的财经界人士，前往中国进行移植手术。又公开说，因为中国拥有很多新鲜年轻的来自于死囚的脏器，可以即刻安排手术。更扬言，越是大人物移植效率越高。</P>
<P>这个高官的确很“友好”，但如果真是接受其“友好”，即等于不能再向中国说不。</P>
<P>报导又透露，去年夏天，一名中国男子神秘出现于日本自民党中心的永乐町，并进入其中某议员办公室。该位议员的秘书长期患有内脏病症，据说1年后，那名被指为议员心腹的秘书身体已经过了危险期，现在东京继续疗养。报导又引述多名知情人士透露，该名中国男子曾经表示可以做前往中国做脏器移植的仲介，而该议员原本就被视为著名的“亲中派”，随着秘书身体的向好更加对“中共尽忠”。</P>
<P>报导引述知情者人士透露，近期经常有人私下提及那名介绍脏器移植的中国男子。并透露，在国会议员以及其家属或者亲戚中，患有肾脏或肝病的人不少。其中有人认为抓住救命稻草，那位议员就是其中之一，因此有传闻指出他对中共抬不起头来。</P>
<P>这名专向政界介绍器官移植的中国男子，据称已经引起日本公安部门的警戒。</P>

<P><STRONG>日政界为新鲜脏器媚共</STRONG></P>
<P>著名时事评论家樱井良子及另一名为博士独言的人在其博客（网志）上谴责中共是蹂躏人权的恐怖组织。他们指出中共外交的背后隐藏着蹂躏人权，结果只能造成日本政治家因“新鲜之脏器”而更加媚共。</P>
<P>日本的一些网民就此在网上谴责中共，摘取自己国家人民臓器去贿赂邻国的政治家，用生命的交易迫使对方做出卖国行为。也有的质问，这是一个怎样的“国家”，13亿人的生命被这样轻易操控。</P>
<P>还有网友指出，被摘去的器官当中包括法轮功学员的器官，还可能来自包括反对中共体制的其他人如藏人等等，中共是如此一个崇尚暴力轻视生命的邪恶组织，应该将事件让更多的人知道。</P>
<P>中共的诱导方式多种多样，因人而异。报导指出，对于迷恋女色的人，中共利用美女引诱；对于周转不灵的，就劝诱说到中国做生意可以赚钱；而对于那些健康状况欠佳但老练的政治家们，就用脏器作为工具。</P>
<P><STRONG>大批器官不知供体来源</STRONG></P>
<P>据资料显示，日本日益剧增大批等待移植器官的患者，而且还按照每年1,500人的速度增加。但在中国，既有大批不知供体来源的新鲜活体器官提供，而且数字远远超过中共官方披露的死囚人数。</P>
<P>相关人士指出，日本有超过200人在中国进行过有关移植手术，而在中国有15间左右的中日合作的仲介商，专门接收日本人进行移植手术的约有40间医院。曾经做过有关手术的人士表示，中国肝脏移植需1,000万日圆（约8万6千美元），肾脏移植需600多万日圆（约5万多美元）。</P>
<P>报导说，日本脏器移植推进协会的松本岩夫指出，由于两国之间的差异太大，致使中方利用此为目标，尽力调查政治家等等人的身体状况。而且由于中共使用死囚器官，已经遭到世界各国谴责，因此接受移植的患者不敢公开说话，正因如此，中共有机可乘。</P>
<P>但日本冈山大学粟屋刚教授强调，在中国做手术存在相当的危险性，不论在技术及卫生管理方面都被指出有问题，比起在日本接受手术，中国的危险性很高。</P>
<P><STRONG>中共特工擅长由微知显</STRONG></P>
<P>对于中共专门对付日本要人进行的有关间谍工作，前警丽泽大学教授在报导中表示，日本政治界常常与一些中使馆人员、记者以及留学生会面，而他们其中就包括间谍人员。在接触中，他们会掌握一些不为人意识的微小情报，如日本政治家的一些嗜好、喜好；另外，在饭后吃的药囊的顔色，以及在喝酒地方旁边坐的陪酒女的容貌，这些看来微小不起眼的情报汇总后便成为贵重的情报。最后将整个目标人物全部掌握，抓住其弱点后便着手要胁，要其就范。</P>
<P>前日本公安调查厅的认知部长指责说，间谍工作与那些直接索取情报的方法比较，这种不知不觉的诱导方式，更容易使目标人物落入圈套。而且，中共不会强制要求他们回报，但抓住了他们受惠于中国人的心理，虽然并无向接受中共“友好”之意的日本要人要求还礼或协议，但这些人自然会在中国问题上不再发言，陷入那种抬不起头的状态。</P>
<P>有资料显示，2004年驻上海日本领事馆人员的自杀案件，乃因他与当地一间卡拉OK的女性接触后，被强求索取情报致使走投无路所导致。2006年夏天，又是同一间卡拉OK，发生了一位日本海上自卫队员被日本警方怀疑泄漏情报案。而早在1997年10月，已故的前日本首相桥本龙太郎以曾经沾上被女间谍利用的丑闻，更在国会被追问与有关中国女性的关系。<BR></P></font></td>
