<P></P>文章披露了操纵该案的刘敏以及她的丈夫，即上海证券交易所高管刘啸东，与江泽民、江绵恒、江泽民姨外甥吴志明等密切关系。
<P>外界分析，中共统战部在中共十七大前的极其敏感时期抛出这个黑幕，无疑是一个重磅炸弹，对江氏腐败家族的巨大打击。文章还披露了刘敏掌握着江氏家族的海外资产，从而称为逮捕江泽民的重要证人。
<P>更有分析指出，案件详情披露之详细，前因后果一应俱全，显然在中国只有中纪委“七一五”专案组才能调查得如此之详尽。大概是因为“三个代表”还没倒台，故中纪委先在海外放风，搞信息的出口转内销，让全体党员有个“思想准备”。
<P><B>江绵恒是招沽权证案真正幕后</B>
<P>由中国证券市场的重要监管部门上海证券交易所及其高管刘啸东设计制造的招沽权证案，是中共证券市场惊爆金融史上第一大丑闻，涉案金额高达12,000亿，约50多万中国大陆股民因此倾家荡产、血本无归，直接损失228亿元人民币，间接损失500多亿元人民币。
<P>5月31日至6月12日，大涨近12倍，6月21 日至6月26日，大涨1倍多，8月15日至8月17日的末日轮，大涨7倍多，内在价值为零且仅剩7个交易日的招行认沽权证涨幅一天之内达到242.47％，换手率高达905.48％。
<P>而刘敏在该案中地位举足轻重。文章称，在外人看来，手眼通天的刘敏能够管住证监会都管不了的上交所和刘啸东，她更能够管住中信证券黑庄何时收集筹码，何时打波段差价，何时打压整理，何时暴涨暴跌，以及何时找到何种重要业绩来做支撑和继续拔高。
<P>同时有海外媒体透露，在刘敏背后站着的才是操纵何时暴涨暴跌的人是江泽民的大儿子江绵恒。他通过刘啸东的具体操作，将股民的钱都送入江氏家族腰包，再通过刘转移海外。
<P>另外文章还披露，刘啸东夫妇的两家私募基金性质的公司接受了12亿多的合法或非法投资，2年不到炒作股票或跟庄坐庄就翻了好几倍。这些资金里还有吴志明、江绵恒等人的实名或非实名投资。
<P><B>江绵恒和刘敏夫妇</B>
<P>刘啸东是江绵恒在美国留学期间认识的，但没有深交。江绵恒请刘啸东帮忙“照顾”一个有“靓丽的外形与独特的气质”，有“激情与魄力”的女留学生刘敏。刘啸东见到美女刘敏立即陷入情网，两人结为夫妻，刘敏顺理成章的拿到永久居留权，后又入了美籍。
<P>刘啸东发现自从娶了刘敏，钱来的就容易，刘敏提出从事证券投资业钱来的快。钱就自然到位。对外刘敏称自己的100万美元第一桶金是个意外收获，和周正毅一样，那钱其实都是从国内的银行里转过来的。
<P>消息人士披露，这一切都是在江氏父子安排的。当时刘敏夫妇所担任的角色是替江氏搂钱，并帮助把钱转移到海外。
<P>后来刘敏和刘啸东在海外的生意越做越大，很快住上了富人居住的地区。昔日的朋友对刘啸东突然发迹，过上了气派的生活都感到眼热，纷纷向他请教如何淘到那第一桶金。为了避免露馅，刘啸东不再和知根知底的朋友来往。
<P><B>江泽民把国库资金送给刘敏</B>
<P>文章称，刘敏曾经面对媒体和上层社会，坦承她在美国的建筑设计公司STOA在中国市场在近两三年接受的70多个重大项目，几乎全部是政府机构委托她做的，营业收入数以10亿计。
<P>其中包括上海嘉定新城中心区总体策划、上海国际农产品交易中心规划设计、武汉核心商贸区规划设计、上海文化科技创意产业基地规划、东大亚湾翡翠山城总体规划及五星级酒店建筑设计、天津大学城国际社区规划设计、浙江现代物流园区规划及建筑设计、芜湖城东新区商务文化中心城市设计、浦东图书馆建筑设计、金山会议中心建筑设计、北京市景山交通枢纽建筑及商务区规划、上海枫泾古镇保护规划概念性方案、河南新县中国健康谷规划及建筑设计、广西百里柳江景观控制性详细规划设计、常州大剧院建筑设计等。
<P>外界分析，众所周知，要得到中国地方政府的项目是很难的。这70多个项目实际上是江泽民以政府机构名义委托她做的，也就是江变相从国库拿钱给她。
<P><B>仰仗江泽民 刘敏呼风唤雨</B>
<P>文章指出，在美国，刘敏夫妇经常在家中举行派对，而接待的都是来美国考察的中国企业家和各级政府重要官员，还有中共驻美大使馆和驻纽约领事馆的高级官员。
<P>当他们在1999年底回大陆后，多次与江泽民家族合影。在大陆，江当政期间，贾庆林、黄菊等人对刘敏都得礼让三分；在中共政坛，她想叫哪个省市领导出来，他就得出来“亲切”接见。
<P>刘敏所拍摄自己的STOA建筑公司下属员工和江泽民等中国高官合影，其中还有中国驻加大使卢树民，中共政治局常委贾庆林。
<P>刘敏和刘啸东在上海直至整个中国大陆有着通天的能量。甚至，中共官方媒体人民日报在其文学专栏《大地》的显要位置，发表刘敏几千字商业广告内容的文章。
<P><B>逮捕江泽民 刘敏是证人</B>
<P>也有人说，刘敏这个神秘的海归女人魔力比宋祖英还大，因为她掌管着江泽民父子在海外的巨贪洞穴。为此江家父子对她惧让三分。外界分析，在目前十七大高层内斗风暴中，刘敏无疑是一个重要的棋子，掌握了她，就掌握了江家父子的犯罪证据。
<P>外界分析，也正是因为这个原因，中共统战部在中共十七大前敏感时期抛出招沽权证案黑幕，是对江氏腐败家族的最沉重巨大打击。
