<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">处于江胡权斗漩涡的周正毅案再审风云迭起。上海维权律师郑恩宠13日在大纪元率先披露江泽民两个儿子涉案后，祖居上海“东八块”的港人沈婷14日在香港出新书，揭露周正毅案中的黑幕，据称引起中共高层不小的风波，郑恩宠随后在17日下午再被传唤七小时。
<P></P><B>江泽民震怒欲查举报来源 </B>
<P>率先掀起风波的是郑恩宠律师13日接受媒体采访时爆出，看到3位局级干部和市委法制办人员等提供的可靠的举报材料，东八块有两块地属于江泽民两个儿子江绵恒和江绵康所在的公司。大纪元从北京消息人士处得知，江泽民得知此事后，拍桌子震怒，要追查到底是哪三位局级干部泄密。
<P>与此同时，沈婷14日在香港召开记者会，公布用十个月时间写成的“谁引爆周正毅案：沈婷郑恩宠挑战上海帮纪实”，搜集了大量周正毅犯罪证据，并记录了自己上访以及受到上海官员迫害的经过。据知胡锦涛和江泽民两派都到香港搜集此书，看里面是否有江泽民儿子涉案的内幕。
<P>《开放》杂志出版社金钟接受大纪元查询时表示，有北京和上海的人到香港购买此书，而首批书销量相当不错，他们已经打算推出第二版。
<P><B>郑恩宠再被传唤七小时</B>
<P>17日下午，郑恩宠律师再被传唤七小时。这是自今年8月以来，郑恩宠律师第11次被上海当局传唤。
<P>郑恩宠18日接受大纪元采访时说，17日下午5点25分上海闸北区再次以所谓经济侦察为由，也就是他妻弟租房问题传唤他，至18日0点 14分才被释放，期间约有六个小时是坐冷板凳。对方只问话并作笔录15分钟，纯粹是走过场。一名叫史金荣的国保对他大声训斥，另一名叫王俊的则对他说道：“你老是上网，你上一次网，我就传唤你一次。”
<P>郑恩宠大声抗议：“你们老是以妻弟租房来传唤我，这个事情根本和我无关，而且就这个案子我已经被传唤11次，你们到底有没有查清楚。”
<P>他估计是上海帮借传唤为名对网上最近他发表的言论在施压：“最近我在揭露江泽民两个儿子涉及东八块，我估计是上海领导人对此作出的反映，他们也没有其他高招。”
<P>其后在坐冷板凳期间，两名看管他的社工又对他说，你下午要见什么人？如果不是这样，我们也不会传唤你。
<P>郑恩宠回忆道：当天美国有记者表示想采访郑恩宠，沈婷致电郑恩宠商量采访事宜，刚通完电话，公安就上门传唤郑恩宠了。他分析，上海帮现在用这种方法阻止媒体采访他，怕他继续爆出更多的内幕。
<P><B>写自白续揭露上海帮 </B>
<P>郑恩宠表示，仍会继续揭露上海帮。他说，这次传唤期间，对方曾经要求他在笔录上签字，笔录上写“我老是沉默，不愿意回答问题。” 郑恩宠拒绝签字，坚持要求自己作笔录。其后他用两页纸写了自白书，表示会继续揭发周正毅案，揭发吴志明、韩正、刘云耕等上海帮。
<P>对于有传闻指江泽民震怒要追查，郑恩宠声言自己不会害怕。他说：“我认为没有直接担心的事情，最好的事实是他站出来澄清东八块。”</P></font></td>
