<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>中国警告说，当前防控高致病性禽流感的形势相当严峻，防控任务十分艰钜，使用假冒或不符合标准的禽流感疫苗可能使辽宁省尚未得到控制的禽流感疫情成为灾难。</P>
<P>中国总理温家宝星期二在辽宁省黑山县察看了禽流感疫情。他说，中国目前正处在高致病性禽流感的高发季节，防控高致病性禽流感的形势相当严峻，各地疫情还没有完全控制住，仍有蔓延扩散的危险。<BR>中国农业部长杜青林星期三表示，辽宁省黑山县禽流感疫情的防控形势仍然非常严峻，扑灭疫情的努力还非常困难，防治疫情传播的工作还非常艰钜。</P>
<P><STRONG>*使用不合格标准疫苗将致灾难*</STRONG></P>
<P>杜青林指出，辽宁有的生产商在市场上出售不符合标准的禽流感疫苗，可能使政府扑灭禽流感病毒的努力毁于一旦。他说，黑山县的家禽饲养户非常集中，如果使用的疫苗是假冒产品或不符合标准，对H5N1型禽流感病毒的免疫就不会有效，将导致巨大的损失和灾难的发生。杜青林指出，在禽流感爆发的初期，如果错失把它扑灭的机会，不仅将来扑灭禽流感的困难会数倍增加，禽流感病毒的传播范围也会更大。他说，现在存在着禽流感蔓延和扩散的可能，这决不是耸人听闻。</P>
<P>世界卫生组织驻北京代表发言人瓦迪亚说，世界卫生组织和联合国粮农组织非常重视辽宁省在防控禽流感工作中发生的假冒和不符合标准疫苗的问题，刚刚发函给中国有关部门，希望能够得到对这个问题的澄清。</P>
<P>瓦迪亚说，不同于内蒙古、湖北和安徽的疫情，辽宁禽流感疫情的爆发范围很大。他说：“这次禽流感爆发的范围非常大，数以万计的家禽死于禽流感，至少有6百多万家禽已经被扑杀。已知有三千多人曾经接触过感染禽流感病毒的家禽，其中一些人正在接受医疗观察，2万7千多人正在服药预防感染禽流感。”</P>
<P><STRONG>*世卫组织将参与禽流感病情调查*</STRONG></P>
<P>瓦迪亚说，辽宁禽流感的疫情很严峻，已经构成重大的公共卫生事件。不过，他说，中国当局非常重视，已经采取了及时的防控措施，这一点令人鼓舞。</P>
<P>世界卫生组织驻北京代表发言人瓦迪亚还表示，辽宁省目前尚未报告发现人感染禽流感的病例。不过，他指出，世界卫生组织将在几天后参与湖南地方当局对一名男孩和一名教师病情的调查。这名男孩的姐姐已经死亡，中国表示，这名女孩死于肺炎，而不是禽流感。世界卫生组织认为，目前下最后结论还为时过早。预计，最后的结论可能要在几个星期后才能知道。</P>
<P>辽宁省的禽流感疫情上个星期经中国家禽流感参考实验室确诊为H5N1型禽流感。当地养鸡户说，疫情最早在10月15号左右就已经出现。目前禽流感疫情已经从黑山县八道壕镇蔓延到邻近的至少其它17个乡镇。还有报导说，禽流感疫情已经从黑山县蔓延到邻近的阜新县。辽宁省当局虽然调动了大量武警全力扑杀了大约一千万多只家禽，但辽宁的禽流感疫情没有像内蒙古、湖南、安徽那样已经基本得到控制。</P>
