<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>据美联社报导，中共外交部发言人刘建超11月15日说，当局将在北京举行仪式，纪念中共前总书记胡耀邦90冥寿，中共中央领导将参加纪念活动。这意味着中共领导人计划恢复胡耀邦的名誉。</P>
<P>胡耀邦曾试图推动中国的政治改革，但在1987年的反自由化运动中被迫辞职下台。1989年胡耀邦逝世成为后来天安门民主运动的导火线。因此，纪念胡耀邦在中国一直是个禁忌。16年来不曾有过任何纪念活动，也没有对胡耀邦做过任何公开的正面评价。</P>
<P>今年10月初出版的“开放杂志”即曾引述消息透露，中共中央总书记胡锦涛原定于今年十一月举办纪念已故中共前总书记胡耀邦的活动，但遭到中共中央政治局常委温家宝、黄菊、罗干和李长春的表决反对。身兼国务院总理的温家宝问“赵紫阳怎么办”，胡锦涛则称“以后再说。”</P>
<P>“开放杂志”的报导指出，胡锦涛纪念胡耀邦，一则是想藉悼念活动给自己涂上一些“合法性”油彩，缓和日益尖锐的社会矛盾，同时也是回报胡耀邦当年的知遇之恩。</P>
<P>另据纽约时报报导，今年稍早，胡锦涛决定纪念胡耀邦90周年冥诞。政党观察员认为，胡锦涛的目的在于藉此缓和其刚硬的形象，并加强他在共产党里的政治基础共青团的支持。胡耀邦在1987年失去中共总书记职位时，共青团曾是其重要支持网。</P>
<P>然而，恢复胡耀邦的声誉并不代表会加速政治开放。中共领导者仍紧紧地掌握现代社会和新闻媒体。 </P>
<P>报导指出，基于和1989年民运有关的人和事件微妙的持久力。政治观察家表示，六四屠杀的事实将一直萦绕在中共政权直到当局愿意承认屠杀镇压无辜的和平示威者并对六四受害者致敬。</P>
<P>自2002年接掌政权，胡锦涛一直拒绝政治改革，反而严密打压新闻媒体，他视法律专业和宗教团体对共产党掌权具有威胁性。胡锦涛计划纪念胡耀邦凸显他的目的只为了拉拢7200万的共青团以巩固他在共产党的权位，并没有一点开放政治的意图。<BR></P></font></td>
