<P>本周一(7月23日)，中共中央宣传部、广电总局、新闻出版总署发出通报，要求新闻报导要准确真实，建立重大失误责任追究制度和稿件审签制度。 </P>
<P></P>这份通报称，“北京电视台生活频道‘透明度’栏目于7月8日播出题为‘纸做的包子’的虚假新闻，无中生有，造成极其恶劣的社会影响。”“事发后公安机关已经对嫌犯訾北佳进行拘留审查。而北京电视台生活频道也负有不可推卸的责任。”
<P>这是继北京电视台播出新闻“纸做的包子”引发轩然大波后，中共高层的最新回应。就该通告及“包子事件”等相关问题，大纪元25日采访了资深媒体人、前陕西省电视台记者和经济节目制作负责人马晓明，及湖北《民生观察》总编刘飞跃。
<P><B>通告意在掩盖和压制</B>
<P>马晓明表示，中共官方发出的通告很荒唐可笑，是典型的贼喊捉贼。他说，整天搞欺骗的中共政权有什么脸面和权力谈新闻的“准确真实”性，其目的无非就是掩盖他们自己的虚假和欺世盗名，同时压制真实的声音。
<P><B>国际压力使中共灭火</B>
<P>中共当局为何此次高调处理“包子新闻”？马晓明认为，是国际压力所致。他说，中国出口的假毒食品问题，最近在全世界引起了强烈的关注和反对。在这种背景下，出现“包子事件”，如同在中共的屁股上面点了一把火，因此中共特别恼火，不惜血本要下大力气扑灭、压制此事。
<P>马晓明表示，中共还妄图把国际反对中国毒食品的事件与各国人民“反华”、实行不公贸易政策联系起来，妄图利用人们的民族主义情绪开脱自己的罪责。实际上中国的卫生食品安全到底如何，老百姓有切身体会。
<P><B>中共操控难行</B>
<P>马晓明指出，操控媒体是中共政权的重要组成部份。谎言虽然有时可以暂时欺骗人，但是终究不可能维持其专制统治，因为人们毕竟还是有观察和判断的能力，从长期自己的生活中逐渐能够认清中共的圈套和骗局。
<P>刘飞跃表示，中共当局想控制媒体是做不到的，尤其是在互联网高度发达的时候。中共操控的媒体失去了社会和公众对它的监督，也失去了市场对它的考验，也就会逐渐失去民心民意。不符合客观规律的行政强制手段必定会以失败告终。
<P><B>包子事件谁造假</B>
<P>对于“纸做的包子”这条新闻的真实性，马晓明表示，我对中共的调查结果深表怀疑。究竟是谁在作假？是写这篇报导的记者，还是打压记者的中共当局？至少我们没有看到当事记者的任何陈述和表态。处理这样的问题，为什么不公开？！这说明什么？！弄虚作假、靠假为生的政治团伙，有什么权力谈别人的假？！
<P>刘飞跃表示，中国新闻媒体受到严格控制，是中共的喉舌和工具。“包子事件”是对中共钳制新闻自由和控制舆论的极大的讽刺和注脚。虽然中共官方声称“纸做的包子”是假新闻，但民间仍对此感到怀疑，说这是“假假新闻”，这说明人们对中共政权的不信任，这种后果是中共长期封锁新闻、制造假新闻造成的。
<P><B>见证中国毒食品</B>
<P>马晓明自述，曾在陕西省电视台作记者期间做过食品调查，采访过小食品厂商。他发现，食品商只要按时上缴检测费，质量检测部门就给盖章，根本不进行质量检测。而那些合格产品的厂商要是不按苛刻的要求上供的话，合格的东西都被打成不合格。
<P>他说，我亲眼看见烤肉摊上，商贩用灭害灵杀虫剂直接喷烤肉架子和烤肉片，牛奶里搀化肥，还看见批发商往紫菜上喷水泥水，目的是为了增加重量和色泽。还看见水产品饲料中超标添加激素类成分，大规模使用抗菌素等，还有着色物、防腐剂等等。
<P><B>中共保护下的毒食品一条龙</B>
<P>马晓明表示，这种毒食品是商贩和公检法系统合伙一条龙运作的。商贩旁边到处是耳目，其中包括政府公安、工商管理部门的人。一旦有人披露物品有毒，几分钟之内所有摊上全部销声匿迹，这就是中共当局保护下的弄虚作假、官商勾结的黑窝。
<P>他说，中国的食品报告从来不敢公开，只敢说一个简单的统计数字，因为里面的问题实在太严重了。在中共体制下，老百姓没有任何基本生存保障，连最基本的吃饭都面临毒品的威胁，可见这个社会堕落到什么程度，这实在是太可悲了。</P></font></td>
