<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>在中国大陆媒体界十分有名的北京青年报，最近惊传大案，据香港文汇报报导，北京青年报已有三名高层人员因涉及贪腐被捕。北京青年报是北京市共青团的机关报，一向以作风比较开放著称。</P>
<P>报导引述来自北京检察部门的人士透露，今年六月至今，北京青年报已有八名经营管理人员相继被司法机关采取强制措施，他们都涉嫌卷入经济案件。</P>
<P>其中包括三名公司高层主管：副总裁郑谊军、钮明、广告部主任于大公。</P>
<P>另有钮明所管投资业务的两名员工和郑谊军所管广告业务中的三名员工被捕。</P>
<P>报导说，今年六月九日上午，北京市东城区检察院反贪局的工作人员，到北京青年报的大厦，以“协助调查”为由，将分管公司广告业务的副总裁郑谊军带走。</P>
<P>现年四十九岁的郑谊军，二零零四年九月出任北青传媒的副总裁，当时正是北青传媒香港上市筹备的关键阶段。</P>
<P>此前，郑谊军担任北京青年报社控股的北京歌华阳光广告有限公司总经理。</P>
<P>报导说，郑谊军已经被北京市东城区检察院正式批准逮捕。</P>
<P>北京检察机关有关人士透露，郑谊军是因涉嫌经济问题，被歌华集团起诉。</P>
<P>郑谊军担任总经理的北京歌华阳光广告有限公司，是由北京歌华集团与北京青年报各控股百分之五十的股份制广告公司，郑谊军代表北京青年报一方出任总经理。</P>
<P>报导指出，在郑谊军被捕后，案情进一步扩大发展。今年九月一日，东城区检察院反贪局人员，再将北青传媒另一副总裁钮明带走“协助调查”。</P>
<P>三十九岁的钮明，去年九月出任北青传媒副总裁，之前他曾担任北京青年报社“北京青年周刊”的主编。</P>
<P>目前，钮明仍然在押，处于刑事拘留延长期，但也有传言他已被批捕。</P>
<P>报导引述消息来源说，郑谊军、钮明被捕的原因，都与经济案件有关。</P>
<P>不过，有关人士分析认为，这起经济案件发生的原因不涉及北青传媒本身，不会对北青传媒的经营形成太大的影响。</P>
<P>北青传媒在港上市未满一年，据称所募集的资金目前尚未使用，香港证交所也未就此发出通告。</P>
<P>报导同时披露，在钮明被带走后，九月十三日，北京市检察院二分院反贪局的工作人员，又到北京青年报大厦，带走了分类广告负责人段涛。段涛目前已被正式拘留，罪名是涉嫌受贿。</P>
<P>而九月二十六日上午，北京青年报大厦内再传出消息，广告部主任于大公、副主任朱伟京，以及广告部一名员工，被北京市检察院二分院反贪局人员带走。</P>
<P>九月二十七日，市检二分院将于大公等三人的拘留通知书送到北京青年报社纪检办公室，罪名也是涉嫌受贿。</P></font></td>
