<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>较早前起义决裂中共、目前滞留泰国的原山西省科技专家协会秘书长贾甲，现正面临再度为自由奔走的命运。贾甲在泰国的签证将于明天到期，虽然不少国家现正考虑对他给予人道救援，但联合国驻泰国的难民专员署人员昨天表示，确认贾甲身份的程序将要一段时间，期间贾甲需要自行保证在泰国的签证合法，否则有可能被当局拘捕，需要开庭来裁定贾甲在泰国的居留权。另外，有消息指中共已暗中派出一批特工到泰国，专案处理贾甲事件，更令协助贾甲的义工担心他的生命安全。</P>
<P>对于中共的举动，贾甲表示，从中共一路对事件所作出的安排，说明中共很害怕，因为国内很多知识份子和官员都会从网上关注他起义后的动态，而他最后能否平安抵达第三国家，将影响到国内民主运动的发展。<BR>贾甲于11月3日凌晨抵达泰国后，当日已成功取得联合国难民署发出的临时难民证书。难民署人员当时表示，贾甲需要继续在泰国持有效签证。贾甲其后于11月8日面试，获联合国人员告知可望在一个星期后有结果。</P>
<P>15日，协助贾甲的退党服务中心义工打电话到难民署查询，得到的回覆是还需要时间审批，一个星期后再来查询。</P>
<P>昨日，当义工再打电话查询时，所得到的答覆是由于贾甲的个案需要经日内瓦总部审批，所以需要等候一段未能确知长短的时间。对于贾甲的泰国签证即将到期，难民署人员表示，如果贾甲逾期居留，很可能会被拘捕，需要上庭缴交罚款及由法庭对贾甲在泰国的居留作出裁决。在当地等待审批难民资格的人士表示，很明显联合国是受到中共的压力。</P>
