<DIV class=dd18>英国知名作家近日发表评论指出，北京奥运会与1936年的柏林奥运会存在许多雷同之处，奥运会将不会对中--ss共暴政产生任何影响，而只会被其利用来作为宣传手段，那种奥运精神会使专治政权接受自由和平的理念的想法过于天真。
<P></P>3月26日，英国《每日邮报》发表作家盖·沃尔特斯（GUY WALTERS）的评论指出，70多年前的柏林奥运会是现代史上最有争议的体育赛事，参与此次奥运会的运动员曾经天真的认为，良好的体育精神会战胜专治和冲突，崇高的奥林匹克精神会使希特勒的统治政权拥抱和平，不歧视和言论自由的美德。
<P>几十年后的今天，人们都知道，柏林奥运会被希特勒利用来宣传其纳粹政权，他们摆出的假象蒙骗了许多人，误认为第三帝国和其他许多国家一样的文明。一位美国记者甚至在回国后写道，“这是一个令人难以置信的幸福和繁荣的国度，德国人都那么的平和，他们应该享受这个世界能够给与的最好的东西”。
<P><B>历史即将重演</B>
<P>奥运会的旗帜被用来使人们对一个宣传仇恨的政权的残忍视而不见。但是不幸的是，历史又将重演。目前，许多人认为北京2008奥运会会改善中共恶劣的人权记录，奥运会会帮助中共接受更为开放的政策。
<P>沃尔特斯指出，这种想法，说得好听一些，是过于天真了，说的难听一些，是彻头彻尾的受到了蒙骗。提出这些说法的人对于当前中国的现实情况缺乏判断性，简直和当年对纳粹采取绥靖政策的人一样。

<P><B>北京奥运会，柏林奥运会的翻版</B>
<P>沃尔特斯曾经对柏林奥运会这段历史作了两年的研究，他发现北京奥运会几乎是纳粹奥运会的翻版。
<P>首先是主办国，中共政权与早期的纳粹政权一样，每年以各种罪名处死成千上万的人，其中甚至包括敢于公然反对中共政权的人和宣传台湾或者西藏独立的人。更让人感到毛骨悚然的是，与纳粹一样，中共要求这些死刑犯的家属支付子弹费。
<P>而没有被判死刑的人则被送到中国版的集中营 – 劳改营里，自从中共当权以来，中国各地建立起了约有1千个劳改营，其中总共关押过4千万人。
<P>当然了，今年8月到北京参观的人恐怕是看不到这些劳改营了，因为中共，会和纳粹一样，向他们展示一个干净的国家。
<P>1936年，纳粹德国曾经一度暂停了对犹太人的迫害，而那些不受欢迎的人，比如吉普赛人，同性恋者和妓女都被集中起来，赶出了柏林。
<P>今天的北京也是一样，已经开始了清洗运动，除了关闭污染严重的工厂，限制车辆按单双号日期出行外，还把乞丐和街头露宿者赶出城或者给他们回乡的车票钱。
<P>至于劳改营，作者敢打赌，中共一定会给记者们展现一个干净的地方，就像1936年纳粹德国的达豪集中营（Dachau）一样，人们只会看到那里关押的都是一些罪犯。

<P><B>违背奥运基本原则</B>
<P>沃尔特斯指出，尽管中共做出了许多粉饰，但是这些都掩盖不住一个事实，那就是中共公然违背奥运宪章。
<P>奥林匹克基本原则的第五点是，“任何形式的对于国家，或者基于种族，宗教，政治，性别或者其他原因的对个人的歧视都是与奥林匹克运动不符的”。
<P>中国目前酷刑案例受害者中有近三分之二是法轮功学员，强制劳改营人口的一半也是法轮功学员。但是国际奥委会却拒绝对此采取任何行动，这真让人感到羞耻。
<P>柏林奥运会前，国际奥委会为了能经历一个气势宏伟的奥运会，而故意对犹太运动员受限制的情况听而不闻，任何反对意见都被置之不理。今天也是一样，国际奥委会对中共的人权迫害状况视而不见。
<P><B>抵制北京奥运会</B>
<P>评论作者指出，也许唯一能够使得奥委会的成员恢复理智的是全世界范围内对北京奥运会的抵制。但是抵制北京奥运会的呼声与当年一样比较薄弱，甚至被有些人视作是在找麻烦。3月24日北京奥运会火炬点火仪式上，记者无疆界组织的抗议者的勇敢行为被人当作是小插曲而已。

<P>今天的运动员的情况也于当年很类似，很少有运动员敢于站出来批评奥运会的主办国。作者曾经亲耳听到一个当年参加过柏林奥运会的运动员回忆。她当年曾经收到过一封来自集中营的信，写信人乞求她向外界披露集中营内部的恶劣状况，她把信给一个朋友看了，这位朋友建议她保持沉默。就这样，和其他收到类似信件的运动员一样，她管住了自己的舌头。
<P>北京奥运会运动员面对的情况很类似，有些国家的奥委会已经提早下达了封嘴令，运动员在北京期间不得对中共的人权状况发表评论，否则将失去参赛资格。
<P>作者怀疑没有几个运动员能够像当年柏林奥运会4×400米接力赛冠军英国运动员格弗雷·布朗（Godfrey Brown）那样说出实话。他回国后写道，“我们中有些人去柏林时抱着一种错误的想法，认为我们是去观看或者参加一个体育比赛，但是，我们却被投入了政治宣传”。
<P>作者最后指出，如果奥运会如期召开，无论英国的运动员今年能够赢回多少奖牌，那都不重要，因为2008年奥运会唯一的真正的赢家是主办国的那个卑鄙的政权。
<P><BR>盖·沃尔特斯（GUY WALTERS）是英国知名作家，曾就职于《泰晤士报》，后成为一名作家，对二战历史颇有研究。2006年他出版《柏林奥运会：希特勒如何盗取奥运梦想》一书，对1936年柏林奥运会的历史作了深入研究，该书入选2006年“威廉·希尔年度体育书籍”评选和北美体育社会学协会的2007年年度优秀书籍。
