<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">杨佳袭警事件，上海警方否认曾经打伤杨佳生殖器并且抓捕了发布信息人士。上海访民以亲身经历向记者说明，上海警方殴打民众并攻击生殖器部位是一个普遍现象。
<P><FONT size=3>本台记者7月12号采访了多位上海访民，他们对杨佳袭警深表同情和赞叹，他们相信杨佳是忍无可忍才走上极端方式。访民许正清表示，上海市的这些警察，他们如果要打你，采取的手段就是专门攻击你的生殖器，不管你是男的还是女的都是这样。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>上海访民许正清讲述3年前他在火车上遭到普陀区警察毒打生殖器。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>【录音】2005年1月29日，上海市公安局普陀分局稳定科便衣警察何良林，还有一个西部集团职工张筠两个人。当时在火车上暗杀我，掐我的脖子。一个人掐着我，另外一个人，就是警察，拉开我的裤裆，抓我的生殖器。因为我一直在挣扎，他没有抓住，他两个手就轮番对我的生殖器部位一阵猛打。然后不解恨，他还站起来用脚对着我生殖器的部位乱踢乱踩。后来我被他们污陷入狱了，我那生殖器的部位疼了整整两个多星期。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>另外一名访民朱东辉，在刑拘期间，被警察剥光了衣服，五花大绑吊离地面。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>【录音】因为我几天不睡觉，眼睛肯定要闭起来，精神状态不好。他看见，就用西瓜往我的生殖器扔上来。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>对于警方否认殴打杨佳并损害其生殖器，许正清认为警方是自欺欺人，蒙骗群众。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>【录音】我自己的经历说明我们的警察，包括检察院，法院他们是习惯于做这个欺骗活动。他们是欺骗的能手、老手。这个是全世界都知道的。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>许正清表示，杨佳在忍无可忍的情况下，采取以暴制暴的方式，来唤醒更多的人为自己的基本权利斗争。对于暴力的方式，他也不是很赞同。但是问题出在上海市大部分的警察，都是用法西斯的态度来对待自己的公民。公民报警反而引来牢狱之灾。中国现在很多社会矛盾的引发，都是政府方面造成，特别是动用警察、警力这样一个专政手段所引起一些不必要的矛盾，甚至激化矛盾。从这个角度来看，对于杨佳袭警案件，政府负有最大的责任。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>【录音】很多访民都是积怨很多年，像我的拆迁问题已经超过十年了，到现在还没有解决。我们的政府在做什么呢？只知道镇压、镇压、再镇压。像杨佳他忍不住实在忍不住了，他爆发了。他的行为实在很让人赞叹，赢得很多访民对他的赞叹，认为他是个英雄。我也觉得他非常了不起了。那我们政府方面，深层次的原因为什么不去寻找一下呢？像贵州发生的事情，省委书记都进行道歉了，他们也是承认问题了，但是很多中国的问题我们政府方面很多没有根本就没有去解决。今天拖，明天拖，你要维权他就罗列罪名，将你打击报复，然后进行迫害。这是什么逻辑？法西斯的逻辑，强盗的逻辑，流氓的逻辑。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>许正清说，访民被警方抓到之后普遍遭到毒打。毒打完之后，警方为了掩盖事实，就是把他们拘留、送劳教、判刑，许正清被判刑三年，朱东晖被劳教一年九个月。 </FONT>
<P><FONT size=3>朱东辉说，杨佳做的一切就是很多老百姓想做的。许正清警告说，如果中共专制一如既往的的镇压民众，今后还会发生什么，无法预料。 </FONT>

<P><FONT size=3>如果共产党长期来取信于民，光明磊落，那么网上消息就不必要了。 正因为共产党说谎成性， 民间无法相信， 而且报纸， TV， 电台又都给他霸占了，人们只能去追求其他消息源泉。 这些源泉有误差是不奇怪的， 因为是人传人， 但是说都是坏人造谣就是共产党在胡说了。<BR><BR>共产党自己的话没有人信， 他就说网络消息是坏人造谣。 其中有威胁的成分，因为在共产党词典里坏人意味着他可以采取武力镇压和迫害，这是不是有些无赖？<BR><BR>另外关于“据说杨佳的生殖器没有被打坏。制造这一说法的人已被找到，并承认自己造谣。” 真是奇哉怪哉， 共产党将人抓起来， 要他说什么，不就说什么吗？ 共产党有什么权利抓此人呢？ 如认为此人造谣，可以起诉， 在法庭上让大家见真章，辩别谁是造谣。把人关起来了，自己对外面说他承认造谣， 这不滑稽吗？<BR><BR>共产党的信誉到今天地步， 冰冻三尺， 非一日之寒，现在是自作自受。不知道人民日报和CCTV还在那里忙什么呢？ 成天制造自己都不会信， 无人看的垃圾， 有什么意义呢？ 人民日报和CCTV如果不想再浪费人民的钱，或者停辨， 或者坐下来讨论一下， 怎么才能让大家相信他们。 但千万不要去讨论怎么扩展封网， 抓人， 威胁，雇用网络工作员的办法，这些办法是不能解决问题的， 取信于民才是正路。 什么将别人封闭掉， 或者用关， 吓， 骂， 利诱的方法扑灭不同意见，搞得大家无东西可看， 只能看我的这些下三烂的方法是没有长期效果的。</FONT></P></font></td>
