<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">近日，曾庆红、李长春、周永康在不同场合，不约而同地向胡温发难。曾唱高调，李责难胡温否定三个代表思想、十六大决议和江泽民第三代的业绩，周则在国务会议上打横炮．．．．．．
<P></P><B>中共高层派系斗争最活跃期</B>
<P>从二００六年十二月中旬至今年一月，是党政、国家机关部门年终总结、评比考核、提干晋升期。今年又适逢党政班子换届、中共十七大权力交接的政治年，党内各政治派系都为保权或争权夺利，展开内外斗争。从去年中共十六届六中全会以来，已进入派系权力斗争的准高潮，这应是中共高层派系斗争的最活跃期，具体表现有：去年中共十七大筹备领导组的改组；若干有关党建、监督机制方案一再受挫；曾庆红军委副主席梦破碎；准中共十七届政治局委员候选人难产；中央宏观调控决策一波三折；上海陈良宇落马．．．．．．等。
<P>正值此关键时期，十七大去留难定的几名焦点人物，又有了新动向。
<P><B>曾庆红指“三个代表思想”受干扰</B>
<P>十七大是留任还是退下的政治焦点人物曾庆红，近日突然打破了最近一段时间的“沉寂”，又唱起了高调。
<P>二００六年十二月底，曾庆红出席中央党校党委扩大会议时，作了学习讲用，题为《在工作实践中再学习马克思主义理论》。在一个多小时“讲用”中，提出了贯彻、体现“三个坚定性”的“新理论”。“三个坚定性”是坚定正确的思想理论指导；坚定正确的方针、政策指引；坚定党的十六大通过的决议和决策。
<P>曾说：党的工作者和党政领导干部，特别是一线的党政高级干部，要保持清醒头脑，要坚定正确的政治方向，要敢于提出问题、敢于披露形形色色的假马克思主义理论，敢于批判、顶住空泛口号式的理论和观点。历史经验要引以为鉴，要克服、纠正以一个倾向掩盖另一个倾向，导致党内政治思想、理论混乱，失去头绪，陷入盲目性。
<P>曾又以正统、正确的党的理论权威代表的口吻说：回顾、总结我党发展的历史，和近二十八年改革开放历程，我们要承认、接受思想理论混乱现状，方针、政策的变化和不确定性，给党的建设事业所带来的危害和内伤。
<P>曾还突出：实践三个代表思想的阻力、干扰，来自党内，从未间断。
<P><B>李长春暗责胡温否定江泽民的思想及业绩</B>
<P>党内外争议最大的李长春，在中宣部党委学习会上说：宣传部门必须旗帜鲜明，高举十六大通过决议的旗帜，这是党性、党的组织原则的最高体现。个人职位、个人意志，都不能改变党的决议决策，更不能凌驾或否定党的决议。
<P>李长春又发挥说：中宣部是党中央隶属的部门，它的职能、职责、使命，是捍卫党的路线、党的方针、党的理论、思想、宣传、教育，贯彻党的路线、方针。中宣部的中心工作，不能受各种思潮左右，它隶属党中央、中央政治局领导，接受党的组织原则规范和制约。
<P>李长春提出：党内出现一股强烈“三个否定”的逆流，而且渐占上风：对实践三个代表思想的否定、对党的十六大路线和决议的否定、对党的第三代领导集体继承开创发展马克思主义理论和实践的业绩的否定。这是极其危险的。李又呼吁：要提到认识、分析、判断的水平，敢于展开批评。
<P><B>周永康在国务会议上打横炮</B>
<P>政治地位摇摇欲坠的周永康，也追随曾、李发难，在国务院国务会议上打横炮。会议主题原本是讨论节日交通、社会安全和保障民工、职工权益问题，但周永康却抛出《我的一些看法》的发言，指：近年党内上层出现一股来势汹汹的逆流，在党内、社会都有基础，也有社会上的政治气候。抓住局部、暂时的问题来否定、抹杀改革发展的成果，否定、抹杀改革发展的大政方针，客观上给社会稳定、人心稳定造成干扰、危害。
<P>周永康言下之意是不满胡温贬第三代领导（江朱）的业绩，推诿各项改革的失败责任。
<P>会上，吴仪和周永康进行了论战，吴指：改革路线的正确性不容争议，但改革中的若干领域、若干改革方向和政策出现错误，偏了方向，这是事实，不应否认。吴直指周永康是借题向温家宝发难。
<P><B>一年伊始的新动向</B>
<P>今年党报元旦社论标题一改再改，已反映出中共高层内部斗争从政治、组织、方针、政策等多方面展开了。
<P>年初，中共中央党校搞了个《关于加强党校的政治、思想、理论教育的若干意见》文件，拟下达到省级党校、宣传部、组织部，但未能得到中央政治局常委会的通过而被搁置。

<P><B>中共权争，鹿死谁手？</B>
<P>曾庆红、李长春、周永康，面对今秋即将召开的十七大，都面临去留未定的处境。他们都是权力斗争的老手，不甘心自己的政治命运操纵在他人手里，也不甘心等待命运的安排。他们深知，在中共的权力角斗场上，等待就是束手待毙。所以，他们在关键日子里，为了保住已经得到的权力，进行最后挣扎和主动出击。至于鹿死谁手，以中共一向争权的激烈吊诡和不可预测，不到最后关头是不会分晓的。</P></font></td>
