<P>该工作人员称，据说5级以下地震一般都不声张，也就是说，估计震级将在5级以上。一种说法是地震预计明天凌晨发生，在松花江北一带。 </P>
<P>该工作人员还说，哈尔滨市南岗区王岗镇发生禽流感，已经封锁。 </P>
<P>另日前曾向记者证实哈尔滨情况的一位女士昨日午夜十二点发出信息，告知她已逃往上海。

<P align=center><STRONG>黄河出现奇异假潮 地震大洪水前奏？</STRONG></P>
<P>黄河下游利津至河口段近日出现了一种奇异现象：在黄河河道主河槽内，在前无阻挡、后无壅水的情况下，黄河水出现涨起涨落类似于海水涨潮现象，有时还会平空隆起一溜水排，远远望去，似海中翻浪，蔚爲壮观。<BR>据中新网报道说，据黄河最下游利津水文站十一月十四日观测到的情况，黄河水位凌晨四时爲11.82米，四时三十八分爲12.17米，在上游来水量没有增加的情况下，短短38分钟内黄河水位陡涨0.35米。</P>
<P>“假潮”之谜难以解释。目前尚没有权威性的科学定论。但不管怎麽说，河道内在无风无浪、自然平稳的水流状态下，突然间出现涨水现象，且涛声震天，响声雷动，实属罕见。</P>
<P>黄河下游河门附近爲什麽会出现“假潮”?当地老船工和附近群衆有的说入海口受海潮影响所致，有猜想是地壳变动所爲，也有的说是地震的前奏或来年更大洪水的预兆，还有一种说法，传说蛟龙每隔几年都要来此疏浚河道。</P>
<P>“假潮”是黄河下游河道发生的一种特殊水情，在平水期，无上游和区间来水的情况下，出现水位、流量、含沙量陡然涨落的现象，在几十分钟，甚至几分钟内水位 猛然上涨数十厘米，最大可达1米左右，然后下落趋于正常。</P>
