<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"> <P>目前还处在全程停水状态的哈尔滨，使人们开始关注13天前的吉林石化公司双苯厰的大爆炸实情。大纪元吉林特约记者辗转发来了当地的图片采访报道。</P>
<P><STRONG>警车接连撞死两人</STRONG></P>
<P>2005年11月13日下午3点钟左右，在吉化104厂正门，人们都在撤离危险区的时候，为吉林市里领导开道的警车疯狂的接连撞倒三人，当场死亡两人，另一名伤者生死不明。而且，警车上的人只是把两名死者的尸体放到路边便扬长而去，致使被害者尸体在马路边长时间无人过问。</P>
<P>第二天上午（14日）还能看到正门前地上的血迹。而且，有人在血迹边放了三支烟（当香用，纪念死者）。死者之一是吉林市江北铁东广西市场古川粮店（西红柿超市门前）业主王某，男，50岁左右，高个，被撞死时还带着一只小狗（也被撞死），死者家的古川粮店这几天一直紧锁大门。</P>

<P><STRONG>江北铁东区十万人逃亡</STRONG></P>
<P>为什么说是逃亡而不是疏散，是因为绝大部份的铁东居民不是接到了有关部门的通知后撤离的。而是根据当时爆炸的实际情况（铁东地区地处下风口，大量的黑烟黄烟在铁东地区上空笼照着，呛得人透不过气来）才选择逃亡的。下午四点钟左右，铁东地区几乎是能走动的人都在往市内方向徒步行走，因为警察的严密封锁，汽车、出租车、公交车根本就没有，打车打不着，龙潭大桥，承德街到处都是逃亡的人群（当时的清源大桥、江北大桥、哈龙桥也都挤满了逃亡的人群），铁东地区仅吉林化工学院就有5000多人逃亡，加上铁东的 4-5万户居民，所以仅铁东（不含周边地区）就有超过十万人逃亡，在家留下的都是老弱病残。</P>

<P>当时的铁东是停电、停水、停暖气，所有通讯全部中断（能听到收音机）所有学校全部停课，商家全部关门。下午5点钟左右，大街上死一般寂静，几乎看不到行人，到7点多钟来电时，整个一栋栋楼没有几家亮灯的，当时铁东地区空气的污染绝不是像电视上有关部门解释说苯燃烧后都生成二氧化碳，没有毒等等。</P>
<P>从当时爆炸的画面上大家都能看到江北的上空整个都是浓浓的黑烟和黄烟（爆炸升起的蘑菇云）根本就不是燃烧后的白烟或无烟。还有第二天（14 日）中午来水时，水质也是受污染的，水不光是浑浊，而是有些煞嘴，从后来电视放的画面看，当时救火时，用的是大量泡沫和水（降温），而是混合在一起的，加上空气中的高浓度的有毒气体苯等，通过下水系统整个都排入松花江中，那么下游的取水系统又把这些受污染的水源取上来。虽然有江水在不断稀释，但必竟是严重污染的水源，而且量很大（当时在清源桥头的排放口都能闻到很刺激的气味）。</P>

<P><STRONG>官方报道严重失实</STRONG></P>
<P>当天晚上和第二天的中共官方报导称一二百米内的玻璃全部被震碎了，其实根本不是一二百米内，清源桥头的两栋楼的阳台玻璃全被震碎，窗框严重变形，而它离爆炸地点直线距离也在一千米以外。从爆炸现场附近（吉林化机）的铁门、厂房、高压线被炸的情况，铁门的钢筋被炸断，钢结构的厂房被炸严重变形，拳头粗的高压电缆、钢缆被炸成一段一段的；一公里以外的清源桥头落下来一大块锅炉外皮（一厘米厚、二百多公斤重）一公里以外的土城子苏州街大棚内；落下一个锅炉外皮，二公里外汉阳桥附近一栋居民菜窖被一个大铁块子击中；近二公里以外吉林火电小区一电线杆被冲击波击倒，清源桥附近骑踏板摩托的妇女当时可能就被飞来的“铁皮”砸死；一公里左右吉化公司一O四厂的氢气管线被飞来的锅炉外皮切断，氢气外泄燃烧苯车间被点燃（由于扑救及时，避免了一场重大灾难的降临）。</P>

<P>整个爆炸地点一两公里内的居民楼、土城子、火电地区、热电地区、密哈站小区，有近万户居民的玻璃被震碎，附近的几大厂矿吉化公司一O三、一O四、一O六、化建、化机、热电厂、四化研究院、农药厂等等这都是重点受灾区，光一O一厂、一 O四厂、化机厂、动力厂、热电厂等等这些大厂，一天停产的损失就得上亿，还不包括双苯厂。本身被炸装置的损失直接的经济损失都很难统计，光受伤的被各种“飞来的横祸”砸伤的，被掉下来的玻璃刮伤的就无法统计，当时电视报导是七十多人受伤，后来改为21人受伤，不知道是怎么统计出来的数字，而且当天的吉林市新闻，吉林省新闻都只报了一句话新闻，根本就没报，观众把电话都打爆了。</P>

<P><STRONG>伤亡数字是个迷</STRONG></P>
<P>据当时参与戒严的的一位吉林市公安局昌邑区交警透露，有近十辆市殡仪馆的“灵车”进入爆炸现场，这个消息从不同的渠道得到证实。另据很多土城子居民反映，爆炸发生后不长时间，有很多救护车“冲向”化工医院，而且运送的都是消防队员（伤亡不清楚），根据后来电视的报导看：“消防队员一直在现场用泡沫和高压水龙在灭火，有的消防员十几个小时都在现场战斗。</P>

<P>消防支队的李军队长说：他们有时只提前几分钟的就撤离，甚至是一两分钟前（爆炸前）撤离才避免了消防官兵的重大伤亡，大家都知道电视上报导大的爆炸声是6 声，实质上土城子和铁东居民听到的是大小十几声爆炸。第一声爆炸后，消防员就在第一时间赶到现场，双苯厂的消防大队就在旁边，吉化消防大队也离爆炸的现场很近，当时赶到现场灭火，而这六次大的爆炸（至少是六次）是在不同时间发生的，不知我们的消防员是在怎样的神机妙算下躲过这么多次灭顶之灾的，从电视采访中我们只看到几名受轻伤的消防队员。</P>
<P>从电视媒体的报导上看：第一天（当天）根本没有任何详细报导，只是一句话新闻。老百姓们眼巴巴盼着“直播江城”，能把画面给“播”一点，电话都打爆了。可是所有的媒体几乎是“鸦雀无声”，就是我们老百姓最关心的生死攸关的问题呀。第二天的新闻所有的口径是一致的，都是安排好的采访，没有任何随机采访，对人所共知的开道警车疯狂撞死人，电线杆倒砸死人，骑踏板摩托的妇女被砸闭口不谈，新闻记者被吉化招待安排得非常好，被吉林省委宣传部、吉林市委宣传部的有关领导、组织的“配合”得非常好，“圆满”完成了采访任务。</P>
