<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>江西省九江昨天发生地震，造成至少十六人死亡、近四百人受伤。据报导，有民众更怒批政府无能，在事发后未能即时启动善后措施，漠视市民生命。</P>
<P>根据香港媒体实地采访，地震在昨天上午八时四十九分发生，九江县一名亲历其境的民众指出，地震发生前根本毫无先兆，他起床梳洗时，突然一阵上下强烈震动，维持达十多秒，家中柜子的摆设、物品全部被震落地上，连墙上也震出一条裂缝来。</P>
<P>这位市民指出，他与附近楼房的居民逃到街上暂避，不久聚集在街上的居民亦愈来愈多。他们只知暂不能返回家中，再加上不时有余震发生，有人焦急得当场哭了起来，更有人因为抢夺立足地，使情况更加混乱。</P>
<P>大批民众其后只好坐在街上等待当局安置，但竟连一个公安、消防员也没有，他们只好等到下午四时许，再无余震发生后，才冒险急急返家拿出必需品，再返回街上露宿。</P>
<P>大陆各大网站网友皆对于这次地震当局的做法深表不满，声讨之声此起彼落。有网友指出，国家及省地震局常常预测到日本等地发生地震的报告，为何偏偏却预测不到自己国家会发生强烈地震呢？</P>
<P>有网友更狠批九江县政府，在地震发生前后皆毫无警觉，灾民饱受地震惊吓之余仍要自行安置，到了事发后数小时有关人员才为受灾市民登记，善后措施根本是敷衍，完全漠视民众的生命。</P>
