<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>表面上看，中共每年武器出口超过十亿美元，是为了用来交换原料以提升经济快速成长的需要。但实质上根本不是这么回事。 </P>
<P>国际特赦组织提出报告说，中共正快速崛起成为世界最大的武器输出国之一，但是行径鬼祟而且不负责任。</P>
<P>国际特赦组织提出几个案例，证明中共在苏丹、尼泊尔、缅甸、南非等地扶持暴力冲突、武力犯罪并严重破坏人权，同时正在介入西方企业的武器制造。</P>
<P>原来，中共是看自己太孤立了，不能不扶持世界上那些恐怖力量搞暴力冲突、武力犯罪，这样恐怖势力不但加强了，而且美国就会把注意力集中在别人身上。例如六国谈判中，金正日独裁政权的后台就是中共，而中共居然在其中「扮演调停人」的角色。世界上哪个政权恐怖，哪个政权是中共的好朋友，例如伊朗现政权、伊拉克萨达姆和阿富汗塔利班政权，美国攻打阿富汗时，逮捕的居然有中共军人。</P>
<P>中共是唯一未签署国际多边协定以遏止武器扩散到违犯人权最严重地区的国家，所以它肆意贩卖武器，让小兄弟们打头阵。过去八年来北京从未向联合国裁军与国际安全委员会递交任何武器输出资料。就像它的最高领导人从未开诚布公的公布自己的不法财产一样。最可笑的是，5月9日，在联合国大会新成立的联合国人权理事会席位选举中，中共居然当选了人权理事会常任理事。 </P>
<P>这个人权理事会是个什么东西？这个常任理事中共又是个什么东西？</P>
<P>1. 2005年8月，中共不顾美国的武器禁令，将超过200辆的军用卡车(相当于美国康明斯级柴油引擎US Cummins diesel engines动力)运抵苏丹，用来屠杀和劫持达佛地区的平民。</P>
<P>2. 中共持续性的供应武器给缅甸军方，包括在2005年8月的400辆的军用卡车，用来迫害屠杀和武力驱逐数十万平民。</P>
<P>3. 2005年到2006年初，中共向尼泊尔提供25,000枝来福枪和18,000 颗手榴弹，让安全部队用来武力镇压数以千计的示威平民。</P>
<P>4. 非法贩卖中国制手枪(Norinco pistols) 供应给澳大利亚、马来西亚、泰国尤其是南非做抢劫、强暴及其他罪行。这种交易在飞速增加着。</P>
<P>作为联合国安理会的永久会员国，中共持续供应武器给人权记录恶名昭彰的地区，不让世界安宁。</P>
<P>其实这并不奇怪，因为中共是世界上最大的恐怖轴心政权，它要不支持恐怖那才奇怪了。</P></font></td>
