<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">东航机长袁胜在洛杉矶离开机组人员，申请在美政治庇护，其原因在于他在浦东机场起飞前向另一位机场工作人员谈及《九评共产党》并劝其退党，而遭警察短暂扣押。警察在不得不放他登机时还放话说“回来再找你”！出于对回国后受到人身迫害的忧虑，袁胜不得不离妻别子，投奔自由。
<P> 整个事件中有两点细节值得我们特别注意。
<P> 第一、听到袁胜讲述《九评》的某工作人员告发了袁胜，并找来四名警察。在中共准许资本家入党的今天，外界许多人错误地认为中共正在向资本主义方向发展，在言论自由乃至民主方面逐步改进，与北韩这样的原教旨主义共产党已经不可同日而语。而该告发者的一个小小动作表明，中共严厉的文革式意识形态控制并未丝毫放松。
<P> 退一步讲，《九评共产党》至今也不是中共宣布的禁书，谈论《九评》纯属于个人意见表达。劝人退党既无利益引诱，也无暴力胁迫，也同样属于个人意见的表达。两者都该受到《宪法》中言论自由的条款所保护。
<P> 告发者延续“阶级斗争”思维，中共方面也 “高度重视”，短时间内即派出多名警察扣押袁胜。这种“快速反应”说明“九评”“退党”触动了中共最敏感的神经。去年悉尼舞蹈演员王学军先生也因为携带一本《九评共产党》即被中共立即强行遣送出境，中共对于《九评》的恐惧也由此可见一斑。
<P> 第二、袁胜被扣押时，“他们说这位机师肯定不能走，因这关系到国家的安全。”
<P> 许多人至今还对“三退”大潮的真实性持怀疑态度，固然理由各异，但却都和中共的极力掩盖有很大关系。事实上，中共从《九评》初发，“三退”潮初起之时，即严密监控、抓捕和迫害相关人员。海外退党服务中心今年初提交给美国国会的报告中已有91例传播九评和退党的义工被迫害的详细描述，其中有人已被迫害致死，实际被迫害的估计超过几千人。然而这种迫害外松内紧，许多民众和知识份子也就懵然不知了。
<P> 警察对袁胜的反应曝光了中共的真实想法—— 现在哪怕一个人在传播《九评》推动“三退”都关系到“国家的安全”。由于大陆的教育中“党”“国”不分，因此警察的实际意思是“关系到党的安全”。
<P> 如果退党大潮子虚乌有，亦或应者寥寥，根本不到动摇中共根本的程度，中共方也根本不会这么紧张。当年“六四”之后，包括高行健等许多人都公开登报退党，中共也没有紧张到今天这个地步。
<P> 因此，中共对袁胜事件的反应，进一步在舆论和公众面前，将退党大潮真实化了，这一点尤需民众、特别是各国媒体、政府和情报部门密切注意。
<P> 一个人传播真相的能力毕竟有限，在今天退党达到1240万的情况下，多几百个人退党，似乎也无关大局，然而中共自己知道崩溃临界点在即，哪怕多退一人都有可能触发这个临界点。 “关系到党的安全”一说也就顺理成章了。中共的这种反应也在鼓励我们——在传九评、促三退的大潮中再加一把劲。</P></font></td>
