<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">9月8日，欧盟议会投票通过了维持对华禁止售武决议。不用说，这个消息对中国官方是有失体面的。因此，在媒体上也受到“冷遇”。笔者在网上搜索相关新闻，在雅虎、搜狐和天涯社区，使用“欧盟议会投票通过维持对华禁武决议”这个标题搜不出任何内容。新浪搜到的只有六条，其中有五条标题为《欧盟议会投票通过维持对华禁武决议弃权票量大》。用百度搜索，总计526篇相关词条中，也有多半使用上述标题。显然，“喉舌”为了减弱负面效应，有意加上了 “舆论导向”式的尾缀，体现出中国宣传部门强奸世界舆论的一贯手法。
<P>然而，这则新闻在网络上公布后，在中国网民中引起的反应，却与官方所表现出的要求解禁大相迳庭。多数网民的发言对欧盟决议持支持态度。
<P>以下是笔者调查的情况：
<P>1.在以严格管理民意著称的“新华网”上，有限的十余个回帖，表达的基本上是无可奈何之感。
<P>2.在“强国论坛”上，该主题只有一个回帖——我估计其它回帖全给删除了，这个回帖是委婉地为欧盟叫好的：“给明天这个日子送上最好的礼物。” (提交者：北京的晚上)
<P>3.在网易社区，《欧盟议会投票通过维持对华禁武决议》的主题后共有三个帖子，全与中共唱反调，其中两个更是直接为禁武叫好：
<P>「欧盟做对了！」
<P>「支持欧盟!做了错事是一定要付出代价的!」
<P>4，在“凯迪网络]《猫眼看人》上，《欧盟议会投票通过维持对华禁武决议》浏览数高达11754，回覆数达到229个，是高度热门的帖子。229个回帖中，除 10%左右被编辑删除屏蔽的外，直接反对欧盟的一个也看不到，大量的，占据80%左右的回覆，是支持欧盟的决定。剩下部份是攻击在售武事情上有偏向中共嫌疑的法国。下面是这些回帖的节录：
<P>「群众的眼睛是雪亮的。」
<P>「up, good news.」
<P>「欧盟对中国共这么苛刻，却对穆斯林处处忍让！」
<P>「好消息。还是有国家仗义执言，不会被金元外交蒙蔽。」
<P>「25个国家，只有一个同意解除。看来拆拿装得还不像，还得努力啊。」
<P>「群众的眼睛是雪亮的，而且是压倒性多数。」
<P>「××说：怎么老是被警察制裁」
<P>「默克尔上台后就别指望了，哈哈哈哈哈~~~」
<P>「中国古话说：“板荡识忠臣，日久见人心。”韬光养晦也许能蒙骗别人于一时，但日子久了，人家应知道你是什么鸟了。」
<P>「法国是欧洲的败类。」
<P>「这次去欧洲之前不说素质不高不适合更高层次普选，改口条件不成熟了，哈哈……」
<P>「估计是卖弄的那些诗词太难翻译，欧洲国家领导人才一怒之下否决了军售案。」
<P>「好消息。」
<P>「垮台也是早晚的问题。」
<P>「群众的眼睛是雪亮的。支持欧盟的决定！」
<P>「好消息。还是有国家仗义执言，不会被金元外交蒙蔽。」
<P>「非常好，应该继续禁~~~」
<P>「减少了中国人打中国人的机会。」
<P>「高兴!!!!!!!!!」
<P>「」谢谢他们！！！」
<P>「做的正确。」
<P>「禁得好。」
<P>「坚决支持欧盟关于对华禁武的英明决议！」
<P>「欧盟做对了！」
<P>「351对48，看来欧洲还是明白人多啊。」
<P>「欧洲人还没有糊涂，好事！！」
<P>「应验了那句话，钱不是万能的。支持欧盟！」
<P>「中国人素质低不适合用高科技武器。」
<P>「严重抗议欧盟:欧盟对中国这么苛刻，对其他流氓国家却处处忍让！」
<P>「不要武器，要义务教育、要免费医疗、要8小时工作制，要全民养老。」
<P>「“不要武器，要义务教育、要免费医疗、要8小时工作制，要全民养老。”百姓的呼声，官老爷们听听!」
<P>「“解禁是早晚的问题，垮台也是早晚的问题。”说的好，说的妙，地球人，都知道。」
<P>「谢谢这些有良心的欧洲民主国家。说明我们还是有希望的！无形的柏林墙毕竟摇摇欲坠了！」
<P>「支持欧盟禁运！」
<P>「一个与流氓为伍的人是不值得信任的！欧洲总有一天会和当年反对法西斯一样团结起来，对流氓国家进行强有力的打击！！」
<P>「好。说明越来越多的人看穿了某些人的骗人把戏。」

<P>「绝对不能卖给一个权力不属于人民的国家武器，萨达母就是一个血的教训，切记切记。」
<P>「还是垮台后再解禁吧赤色政权害人啊。」，
