<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>坐公交车上看移动电视，看到了我们的胡总书记在山西大同煤井下的镜头，还听到了他对春节不能回家团圆的煤矿工人说：“提前给你们拜个早年！”前排的一个中年男子嘴里嘟囔着说：“没有煤烧了才动员，早干嘛呢？”
<P>对中宣部的这帮老爷们来说，今天这个不能播，明天那个不能登的，我们的胡总书记说了一个低级的语病，咋就没发现呢？“提前拜个早年”，说提前了，就不能说早年；早年了，还用提前吗？这叫语义重复。其实，说“拜个早年”或“提前拜年”就行了。中共公开发表的照片，连“换头术”都用上了，电视上去掉两个字还不是很容易的，为什么非叫我们的总书记说出这样低级的语病？
<P>不过，要过年了，谁也不会有闲心去注意这句语病的。重要的是，正如那个中年男子所发问的，“早干嘛呢？”这场雪灾，持续了半个多月后，等到十七个省都基本瘫痪后，中央才有所察觉，有所动作。政治局不开会，下面照样轰轰烈烈、热热闹闹地换届选举；温家宝一露面，各地大小官员倾巢而出地表演“亲民秀”。这样把丧事办成喜事，把坏事办成好事的场面，几十年来，一演再演，如总书记的语病一样，重复往来。
<P>“早干嘛呢”？是呀，你们一个一个贵为领导，贵为上级，贵为权力阶层，起码要有些远见，有些招数，有些未雨绸缪的先知先觉吧？一点没有，一个网友把自元月10日起全国各大报刊以及中央要员的报导活动逐日记录，一直到27日温家宝出面，半个月时间，没有一条涉及雪灾的。这就是你们的“和谐社会”，这就是你们的“以人为本”？
<P>“早干嘛呢”？这期间，我们的总书记在宗教会议讲话，在宣传工作讲话，在中纪委讲话，在十七大新当选的中委候补中委学习班讲话，还有到安徽视察的讲话，没有一句涉及雪灾的，他关心的只是，如何牢牢掌握权把子和印把子，如何让无产阶级的红色江山千秋万代永不变色的这些大事。在北京，《北京日报》罕见发表社论，一定要开好奥运会。其间，胡佳照抓照捕，吕耿松照审照判，重中之重的大政治，就是保证奥运开好，保卫江山社稷不变颜色。
<P>“天地不仁，以万物为雏狗；圣人不仁，以百姓为雏狗”。这场雪灾，绝不是常人所埋怨的中央麻木迟钝，动手晚了，而是在中共眼里，民生不是第一位的。如果他看重民生，一定会觉得对不起百姓，会有个道歉，有个说法，旧时的封建皇帝有个天灾人祸，不还下《罪己诏》了吗。可到今天，中央和地方政府哪一个不是雄纠纠气昂昂的，好像离了我百姓就不能活的一副架势？百姓的死活，不算什么，临时摆摆样子就行；自己的江山事业，才是百年大计，一定要未雨绸缪。
<P>这场雪灾带给不少人的憬悟，不就是这些吗？
