<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>当我买来今天的《扬子晚报》和《现代快报》并迫不及待地打开翻阅后，心都凉了。这两份报纸是江苏省发行量最大，归属新华通讯社；但昨天因为大雾引发几十辆车在京沪高速淮安段追尾的那一幕，《扬子晚报》和《现代快报》这两大报纸中的“元老”均一字未提。<P>我又上网搜索一下，各门户网站对发生在2008年3月10日京沪高速淮安段的特大交通事故均未作“反应”。可能现在是非常时期（两会）？只有搜狐的视频栏目中的社会新闻频道录取了江苏新闻1860的报道“ 京沪高速淮安段 因大雾六十多辆车追尾”。这只是官式的报道，语焉不详。<P>我是亲历了京沪高速追尾事故的现场的。昨天，我乘坐的大巴是11点50左右到达堵车路段的；到中午1点40左右，大巴才驶出堵车路段。当时，同车的一个旅客说：“象这样大的交通事故，是不许报道的；上次XX高速死了七八十个人，电视新闻中连屁都没放。”说实话，我是不相信他的；这样大这样惨烈的交通事故，我们国家已经有了一套“行之有效”的上报途径，谁敢冒天下之大不韪，想瞒天过海呢？可是，今天看到国内的新闻媒体，象什么都没有发生似的，真的是天下太平呐。<P>事故发生的地点：京沪高速和淮涟公路收费站交叉点向北200米；离京沪高速淮安出口大约12公里。车祸外景：车堵十公里左右；经过的车辆不计其数。车祸现场：江苏1860报道中没能挖掘到“多少人死去”的真相。而且，这样的报道，我们不期望还会有后续追踪。至多，中国的公安部发一个“通稿”。媒体被“谢绝入内”；这已经是中国的官场惯例。但我相信，任何一个和我一样，看过现场的人，都会被那惨绝人寰的一幕所震慑，为那些死去的人所哀恸。整个场面，已经无法用言词来形容了，最贴切的感受应该是“太恐怖”了。其中一辆大货车和大挂车追尾，司机还卡在驾驶室中，死者的样子惨不忍睹。那些出了车祸的车辆已经“人去车空”。究竟死了多少人，我当然不清楚；但绝对在百人左右。因为每一辆车的车头都被撞到严重变形；有的车头已经变形到连一只活猫都钻不进去。还有的汽车连头都撞没了。一辆轿车，成了一个空架，车皮一点不剩。还有最前面的一辆巴士，车头模糊成一块铁饼；车里的座位全都“倒地”。我可以肯定的是，那些车头被撞的司机和驾驶室中的人，存活率是非常低的。<P>其实这样大的交通事故，是应该让全国人民大讨论的；因为只有在不断的争议和不停地辩论中，政府才能知道怎么做；高速公路再因为急降大雾或发生局部大雾时，才能知道应该怎么做。如果将所有的责任都推给司机，怪他们在漫天大雾中还高速行驶，我觉得这并不实际；政府在这个方面，显然是“做贼心虚”；如果都是司机的责任，那么，这样特大的交通事故为什么不可以让新闻媒体穷追还舍呢？虽然我不清楚，到底是谁把这样的惊天惨剧给“罩”住了；但有一点是非常肯定，事故的现场有一辆苏A牌照的指挥车。江苏省里的官员们是对此一清二楚的。<P>如果能公开讨论，我们可以见仁见智地解开中国的高速公路为何会成为死亡公路之谜？这样，可以避免以后高速公路因为大雾重蹈覆辙特大连环撞的惨剧。政府的这种“隐瞒真相”是不是会导致更多的驾驶员们被“误导”？让他们产生在高速公路上发生的追尾事故造成的死伤并不是很严重的心理认知。没有什么大不了的。正是这种错误的认识，让很多驾驶员们在明知高速公路上有大雾的情况下，仍然是高速前进!如果每一次高速公路上因大雾发生特大交通事故都能被举一反三地反省，那些受到“现实教育”的驾驶员们还会在死神面前，前仆后继，勇往直前吗？<P>高速公路的连环撞是怎样形成的，它的形成时间是多长？可不可以在它形成的第一时间，就可以启动“预警机制”。现在的高速公路交通事故很不明朗，一直到警察到了现场，才能控制住“局势”。那么，为何不可以在警方接到紧急求救的同时，就启动预案，让经过此一路段的司机得知前方发生了车祸，靠边停车，以减免更多的“追尾”发生？我觉得，照搬“防空报警”的方式来运用到高速公路雾天车祸紧急停车，是很适合中国国情的。<P>中国的高速公路一遇到大雾，就变成死亡公路；官员的责任，应该大于司机的责任。因为“隐瞒真相”让中国的高速公路继续深陷在“死亡公路”的阴影中。正是这种信息不公开，让更多有智慧，有能力让高速公路避免因为大雾成为死亡公路的方案“胎死腹中”。</FONT></font></td>
