<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">西藏拉萨29日下午爆发新一轮的大型藏民抗暴行动。西藏流亡政府在网站上的一份声明说，有数千藏人聚集在小昭寺以及北京东路的大昭寺前面进行抗议活动。目前中共安全部队已经包围了拉萨的主要寺庙，大昭寺和小昭寺，并已封锁拉萨部份市区。
<P></P><B>29日数千人聚集抗暴</B>
<P>华盛顿一个支持西藏的团体说，小昭寺有多人示威，大约持续几个小时；刚在29日返回达兰萨拉的西藏精神领袖达赖喇嘛说，他也听到发生新抗议活动的消息。
<P>西藏流亡政府在网站上的一份声明说，西藏当地时间29日下午2点左右，许多藏人聚集在小昭寺前面进行抗议活动。声明中说，在附近北京东路的大昭寺前面，抗议活动也同时展开，数千人一起加入这场抗议活动。
<P><B>中共包围封锁</B>
<P>总部设在伦敦的“国际支援西藏运动”组织发言人桑德兹说，他们从3个来源得到的消息显示，中共安全部队已经包围了拉萨的主要寺庙，大昭寺和小昭寺，并已封锁拉萨部分市区。
<P>桑德兹说，整个地区已经被封锁。目前不知道为何发生抗议活动，他认为拉萨地区的人民可能已经知道有外国外交官到拉萨访问，就像先前他们知道有境外记者到访一样。
<P><B>达赖：西藏文化危急</B>
<P>西藏精神领袖达赖喇嘛29日表示，有证据证明汉人在西藏每个月都在增加，中共正在西藏进行所谓的人口渗透政策，达赖喇嘛指出：“中国人口现在在西藏，每个月都在增加，这是很严重的，是一种有意的或是无意的进行文化灭绝。”
<P><B>新疆和阗也爆发千人抗议</B>
<P>世界维吾尔代表大会发言人迪里夏提30日表示，东土耳其斯坦（新疆）和阗市日前爆发近千人抗议活动，中共当局展开大规模镇压行动，扣押近500多人，并全面封锁消息。
<P>据中央社报导，迪里夏提表示，抗议事件发生于23日及24日，参与抗议活动的近千人中有有80%是女性。中共当局在两天内逮捕了500多人，由于担心事件蔓延到其他维吾尔人居住地区，当地已全面封锁消息；目前公安和国安人员还在当地驻守。
<P>他说，抗议人士提出几项要求，其中包括停止对于被捕的维吾尔民众施加酷刑、释放政治犯、要求中共当局归还被强行带走从事廉价劳力的未婚女子。
<P>迪里夏提指出，许多维吾尔族未婚少女被中共以技术、扶贫等名义，送往中国大陆各地工厂进行廉价劳力。这些少女被迫带走，并未获得妥善安置，甚至有些少女还被强迫卖淫，这就是此次抗议活动中有许多女性参与的原因。
<P><B>欧盟会前 中共组一天参访团</B>
<P>中共27日晚上宣布，允许15国外交官员28日赴拉萨参访一天。宣布的时间点，正逢欧盟27国外长28日齐聚斯洛维尼亚，就是否抵制北京奥运开幕典礼，以抗议中共镇压西藏议题前夕。
<P>美国驻北京大使馆发表声明说，这次拉萨之行的行程安排十分紧凑，参访者不能脱离官方安排的行程，不能自己活动。访问团成员也不能在没有官员在场的情况下与当地居民谈话。
<P>27日，大昭寺30名僧侣一度打断了外国记者进行的一次类似的受政府控制的访问。这些僧侣哭诉说，他们没有宗教自由。
<P>对于海外记者询问，他们是否有出去打砸抢烧，西藏大昭寺喇嘛回答：“中共锁住喇嘛们，不让喇嘛们出去。”他们还高喊：“要自由，自由！中共说的都是骗人的，来朝拜的人都是中共干部，都是骗人的！”
<P>中共对西藏人权的镇压，包括德国总理梅克尔、捷克总统、爱沙尼亚总统与斯洛伐克等国首长，都宣布将不出席北京奥运开幕式。</P></font></td>
