<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>中共当局安排的第二批记者团于9日抵达西藏安多甘南州夏河县进行采访时，约20名拉卜楞寺僧人不顾个人安危与中共军警的监视，向到访的记者团投诉西藏没有人权，并强调他们没有要求独立，要求北京允许西藏精神领袖达赖喇嘛返回西藏。</P>
<P>拉卜楞寺位于甘肃省夏河，是藏传佛教格鲁派6大寺院之一。中国国务院4月9日组织11名外国驻京记者前往拉卜楞寺采访时，大约20名寺院僧侣冲进情况介绍会。</P>
<P>路透社引述德国《世界报》驻京记者约尼·埃林表示，夏河县拉卜楞寺约20名僧人今天向他们诉说，只寻求西藏文化自治，允许达赖喇嘛尽快返回西藏的渴望。其中一名僧人用汉语表示，他们没有争求西藏独立，只要求中国改善人权。另一名僧人也表示，拉卜楞寺其它僧人仍然被扣查，并且在夏河县境内到处都有便衣公安在监视。约尼·埃林表示，在短时间内向他们投诉的僧人人数已超过了40多人，但没有发生任何暴力冲突事件。</P>
<P>路透社常驻北京记者韩碧如(Lucy Hornby)在接受美国之音中文部采访时也说：“我们要进去拉卜楞寺的大经厅，有一些、大概15个年轻的僧侣突然蹦出来，然后带着一个西藏的旗帜。他们说达赖喇嘛必须得回到西藏，必须得回到中国：‘我们并不要求独立。我们需要人权，我们现在没有人权’。”</P>
<P>同在现场的法国“观点”杂志常驻中国记者蒲皓琳(Caroline Puel)介绍说，这些僧侣同外国记者交谈了大约10分钟，然后回到自己的房间。在场的公安和陪同官员并没有干涉僧侣与外国记者的交谈，但外国记者都为这些僧侣感到担心，并要求寺院方面保证他们的人身安全。</P>
<P>蒲浩琳说：“我们随后与寺院负责人进行了交谈。要求保证这些僧侣不会有麻烦。负责人回答说，只要他们没有触犯中国的法律，就没有问题。”</P>
<P>但据德国之声引述消息称，采访过后，中共当局立即派遣载满士兵的三辆军用卡车到夏河县进行严密控制。截至目前，还无法获知这批僧人是否遭捕。</P>
<P>中共上次组织外国记者到西藏大昭寺采访时曾遇到僧侣的哭诉和抗议。中共官方媒体昨天承认在甘肃的采访活动受到了干扰。与此同时，西藏自治区主席向巴平措在北京说，拉萨最近的暴力不会阻止奥运火炬通过西藏。并且宣称，如果说在西藏，奥运火炬传递和登上珠峰的活动当中有人胆敢从事破坏活动，一定决不手软。</P>
