<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>人权团体10月3日表示，中国当局近日颁布两则有关新互联网新闻信息服务管理规定后，颇受网友欢迎的"燕南网论坛(<A href="http://www.yannan.com">www.yannan.com</A>) 9月30日被关闭;两个内蒙古的网站也于早些时候在9月26日被关闭。<BR>据BBC中文网报导，由于腐败、强令搬迁、对执法部门不满以及一些其他民权问题引发了大量的社会动荡、抱怨、抗议、游行等活动，对这些活动的报道和民间反映越来越广泛地出现在互联网上。</P>
<P>刚被关闭"整顿"的"燕南网论坛"是一个在知识分子和权益活动人士中间颇受欢迎的网站。从9月30日起，这个网站被关闭。该网站刊登的通知说：自即日起，燕南网进行全站清理整顿，重新开放时间另行通知。若带来不便，深表歉意。</P>
<P>燕南网之所以在知识分子网民当中较有名气，是因为该网站常对中国的社会问题进行深入分析报道，并在论坛展开讨论。据报道，燕南网在被关闭前曾刊登一系列有关广东省某地村民与当局发生冲突的新闻及报道，有不少网民参与了此事的跟进评论。</P>
<P>另外，位于巴黎的"无国界记者"组织表示，由于网站刊登被指有"分裂主义的"内容，两家位于内蒙古的网站也被中国当局关闭。</P>
<P>"无国界记者"组织说，为内蒙古的蒙古族学生提供在线论坛的网站<A href="http://www.ehoron.com">www.ehoron.com</A>已被关闭；另一家网站"蒙嘎立律师蒙文网（<A href="http://www.monhgal.com">www.monhgal.com</A>）一度被当局关闭，但在该网站向当局保证"不再刊登任何分离主义资讯"后，已在10月2日重新开放。</P>
<P>据报道，中国当局近日不仅对中国境内的新闻单位设立的网站加强控制，最新出台的规定还将转载新闻信息、发送时政通讯信息等的其它一些网站列入受约束的范畴。</P>
<P>过去几年间，中国政府已经将多名在网上发表反政府言论的异见人士拘留。<BR></P></font></td>
