<P>举世瞩目的全球华人新年晚会主场演出，将于1月30日于纽约曼哈顿无线电城音乐厅拉开序幕。届时神韵纽约艺术团和神韵巡回艺术团将会师于曼哈顿无线电城，在纽约这个世界艺术之都的舞台为观众呈现盛大演出。 </P>
<P>大纪元记者文怡纽约报导，在纽约演出之前，纽约各级政要纷纷通过新唐人电视录像或通过发贺信和褒奖的形式，给纽约华人社区问好，向全世界华人拜年，预祝神韵艺术团在纽约无线电城的演出圆满成功。今年向新唐人电视台和神韵艺术团致贺和褒奖的纽约三级(联邦、州、市)官员人数是历年中最多的一次，达70 人之多。
<P>多位政要特别称赞新唐人电视台和神韵纽约艺术团弘扬正统的中国文化，带给观众美轮美奂的体验，为东西方文化交流提供一个多彩的舞台。
<P>发来褒奖和贺信的官员包括国会议员查尔斯-蓝格尔(Charles Rangel)、 国会议员埃德-唐斯(Ed Towns)、纽约市市议会议长奎英(Christine Quinn)、纽约州副州长大卫-派特森(David Paterson)、纽约州地方检察官大卫-绍依思(David Soares)、 纽约州议会议长托玛斯-尼那泊利(Thomas DiNapoli) 、纽约州众议员麦克-本杰明(Michael Benjamin)等等。
<P>国会议员埃德-唐斯表示：“神韵艺术团这场世界级别的表演，集中国古典舞，富有感染力的音乐，动人心弦的天幕为一体，重现和复兴正统中华文化”。
<P>“我恭贺神韵艺术团为努力将传统的文化和艺术呈现给世界所做的努力。这些努力对维护人类的尊严和价值起着不可估量的作用。演出本身就是一个非常伟大的成就”。
<P>纽约州议员撒拉蒂诺(Joseph Saladino )，来自长岛的马萨波夸（Massapequa）。他表示，“在纽约无线电音乐城因为即将在1月30日到2月9日期间新唐人和神韵艺术团上演的华人新年晚会而有一个激动人心的新年。愿大家随新唐人电视台一起参加所有的庆祝活动，并从其展现出的中国文化中受益，这是纽约州之所以成为帝国之州(Empire State)的真正原因”。
<P><B>中国新年 华人购票“买二送一”</B>
<P>神韵艺术团纽约主场演出时间从1月30日(星期三)至2月9日，历时11天，在无线电城音乐厅演出15场华人新年晚会。连日来，团体售票和个人票正在纽约主流社会多家商场，公司，学校，医院和机构火热进行。为方便华人在新年期间能够看到演出，主办单位特地推出，首场演出(1月30日)及年三十(2月6日)、大年初一(2月7日)的演出，华人买票是“买二送一”。美国中文订票热线为 （212）695-7469 或 上网查询，网址是www.chinesesplendor.com 。</P></font></td>
