<p><strong>军、民医院联手移植器官 </strong></p>
<p>乔高在一月十一日的记者会上说：“中共军队广泛的参与了这些器官移植。” </p>
<p>报 告中提供了一个证据：一位前往上海第一人民医院（民用医院）做肾移植手术的证人披露，在两周内院方提供了四个肾，并做了配型测试，发现肾源并不合适；事 后，院方又找到了四个肾，有一个配型适合，该受访者接受了移植手术。而“他的术后的八天康复治疗是在中国人民解放军第八五医院做的，而他的外科医生是在民 用医院穿着军装的南京军区的谭建明。” </p>
<p>新出版的调查报告中说：“接受器官移植的人经常告诉我们，他们在民用医院做移植手术，但那些进行手术操作的人是军人。”因为“他们说，只有军事医院或在军事医院工作的医生才能轻易的拿到器官。” </p>
<p>报告中，接受器官移植的这位证人称，“谭拿着一打记着拥有不同组织和血型的潜在‘捐赠者'名单，他从这些名单中挑选名字。证人观察到医生多次穿着军装离开医院，两三小时后带着装有肾脏的盒子返回。谭告诉这名证人第八个肾是从死刑犯那里拿来的。” </p>
<p>报告总结说，“军队可以进入监狱，接触犯人。他们的操作比民用医院更隐蔽，法律影响不到他们。” </p>
<p><strong>军队医院从器官移植中获取巨额暴利 </strong></p>
<p>调查报告指，军事医院是独立于卫生部之外的机构。军事医院一九八零年后，象许多中国民用医院一样，贩卖器官，弥补政府补助经费的削减。 </p>
<p>中国的许多器官移植中心和普通医院是军事机构。自迫害法轮功开始以来，器官移植为军事医院提供了滚滚财源。 </p>
<p>报告引用组建于二零零二年四月的解放军总医院第三零九临床部器官移植中心在其网页上公布的证据说，“移植中心是我部重点效益科室，2003年毛收入1607万元，2004年1-6月份为1357万元，今年（2004年）有望突破3000万元。” </p>
<p>报 告公布后，许多国际媒体就此话题进行了报道，包括一月三十一日法新社对此事进行的报导“中共军方摘取法轮功学员器官”，美国福克斯新闻网（Fox News）二月一日的标题为“研究：中共军方活摘囚犯器官，尤其是法轮功学员”（Study： China's Army Harvesting Body Parts From Live Prisoners， Particularly Falun Gong Members）的报道等。</p>
