<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>《纽约时报》4日报导，前上海市委书记陈良宇被拉下马，是由国家副主席曾庆红一手策动，曾庆红已成功巩固他自己与国家主席胡锦涛的势力，准备十七大前逼政协主席贾庆林及副总理黄菊提前下台，重组中共领导层。不过，曾胡结盟，只是暂时性，两人目前尚未对新常委与省部级官员增补人选达成一致意见。</P>
<P> 《纽约时报》引述知情人士消息称，中共这次罢黜陈良宇，是由国家副主席、主管中央日常事务的曾庆红一手策动。9月24日当上海市委书记陈良宇及市长韩正被传召赴北京开会后，曾庆红向陈良宇展示了中纪委的调查报告，当面要求陈良宇辞职，惟陈良宇当时拒绝。</P>
<P>报道指出，北京今次展开反腐败调查，还没因陈良宇被撤职而达到高潮。曾庆红计划藉此免除政治局常委贾庆林和黄菊的职务，他们被指要为北京和上海的腐败问题分别承担政治责任，如果曾庆红成功解除贾庆林和黄菊的职务，这将是八九年以来中共最大的一次政治重组。</P>
<P>不过，有政治观察家指出，他相当怀疑贾庆林和黄菊会在明年十七大前提前下台。目前，贾庆林及黄菊现虽相对弱势，但不能忽视其背后江系势力的影响。</P>
<P>报道又指，曾庆红与胡锦涛联手策划这场反腐运动，目标是要借打击贪渎，趁势扫除抗拒中央经济方针的省级官员，以及边缘化江系人马。但曾庆红取得的权势比胡锦涛大，这正好证明了他作为出色“政治权谋家”的能耐。</P>
<P>尽管曾胡两人结成政治联盟，但只是暂时性。一位中共党官员说，现在两人对省级干部增补人选及未来谁进常委序列，还存在不少歧见。这位官员说，曾胡两人现在是，“彼此有合作的需要，但不代表互相信任。”<BR></P></font></td>
