<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">山西省科技专家协会秘书长贾甲抵达泰国首府曼谷第2天，便到泰国的联合国难民公署申请难民身份。申请过程顺利，当天便获发一张临时难民证书。
<P><B>等待进入第三国</B>
<P>大纪元记者吴雪儿曼谷报导，根据难民条例，一旦难民得到联合国临时难民身份，就在联合国的保护之下。如果所在地当局要把难民遣返，联合国会出面向该国政府交涉。
<P>贾甲的泰国落地旅游签证还有两个星期，到时他需要继续留在泰国，必须离开泰国后再入境。
<P>据了解，有难民选择留在泰国让其泰国签证到期，不过这样就有可能被泰国的警察拘捕，被关到监狱里，直到有第三个国家收留为止。
<P>贾甲呼吁各国政府为他提供一个安全的地方，让他可以进行争取中国的民主的工作。
<P><B>贾甲：“不会让中共得逞”</B>
<P>虽然贾甲已拥有难民临时身份证，但据当地逗留的难民表示，泰国由于受中共的渗透严重，因此，中国大陆难民在当地并不安全。
<P>据了解，贾甲抵泰后曾在某家住处逗留了一天，第2天晚上便发现电话线被切断，贾甲被迫找其它地方栖身。贾甲深夜离开时，有一架黑色汽车停泊在住处外，车内只有一个人，但看不清楚是什么国籍的人。当贾甲坐上车准备离开时，黑色汽车便立即驶开。
<P>现时贾甲仍然未脱离危险，熟识当地情况的难民告知，现在中共的特务到处在找他。
<P>不过贾甲本人对目前状况表示乐观，他称在他决裂中共之后，正邪大战一直在进行；虽然在中共的竭力围堵下苦难不断，但是关键时刻总是如有神助。
<P>他说，“我并不害怕回去直面中共，但是目前我不会让它得逞。”
<P><B>更多大陆民众因贾甲事件退党</B>
<P>随着贾甲脱离中共的消息向大陆播散，越来越多的民众受到鼓励后宣布三退。据全球退党服务中心介绍，从数日前接到一个赴东欧的大陆民众一家人以三退庆祝贾甲决裂中共，该中心开始不断地收到大陆民众退党支持贾甲的热线电话。
<P>11月3日，北京一位叫雅君的人士表示，“本人宣布即日起退出中共。祝贺全球声援贾甲，使他成功去泰国。”
<P>湖南的宪明11月2日则以退出少先队来声援贾甲：“贾甲勇敢的站出来脱离腐败的中共，我也要与中共决裂退团退队保平安。”
<P>吉林省图们市62人集团宣布退出共产党（团、队）组织，他们表示，“贾甲先生摆脱邪党独裁枷锁，经台湾去香港绕道泰国，开始了人生自由、民主之路。今天，我们六十二名在东北义士，也爆爆让邪党胆寒的呼声：退出邪党及其一切邪教组织，抹去兽记，迎接民主、自由之曙光。”</P></font></td>
