<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>江西地方当局由于担心当地近10所民办院校的近万名学生上街游行，部署了数千名警察，在警方的严密防范下，星期天（10月29日）江西的学生没有如期组织示威游行，但小规模校园游行仍在继续。</P>
<P>据当天到现场的学生透露，南昌八一广场在他们到达之前已被武警占据。并组成多道警力封锁墙，阻止任何人到达广场中心。广场外围600米处，已有武警、便衣盘查询问，目的主要是将学生分隔，禁止聚集并将这些人阻隔在广场外。因此，到现场的学生不少，但互相看不到，也联络不上，最终无法组织队伍抗议。</P>
<P>据学生描述，武警在广场中心部分是队伍操练，以占据广场中心地带，外部大概有二、三层封锁线，最外部是巡逻盘查的游动队伍。他们特别注意聚集的人群和拍照，因此，无法进入广场中心也难于纪录现场情况。据称，现场有防暴警察、特警、普通警察和交通警察，还有便衣等。据目击者粗略估计，中心部分有几百人，加上最外围人数总计怎么也不少于二千，也有说近三千人左右。同时附近大楼还有备用警察，机动武警人数不详。</P>
<P>广场游行没能进行，主要和武警驻守校园封锁进出口，切断通讯联络有关。赣江职业技术学院的学生说，当局切断网络和电话令他们无法进行校外和相互之间的联络，虽然有时能连上网，但速度限制的却非常严厉，传输文件的速度只有0.2kb/秒。学校被武警封锁，进出困难，因此他们难以到八一广场游行。而发起游行倡议的学校主要以江西服装学院和赣江职业技术学院为主，现在这两所学校仍被武警控制和封锁。没有什么大动作的江西蓝天学院的学生称，他们也受到了警察的封锁，无法走出校园。</P>
<P>有关武警暴力镇压学生，造成学生死亡一事，现仍未得到证实，据传，赣江职业技术学院大一的一位女生，被打伤后，因不准送到校外治疗，在学校医院伤重不治而亡。另仍有一死，二重伤，一被强奸等传闻至今未得到证实。</P>
<P>另有一赣江职业技术学院的学生介绍说，中共中央政治局常委、中央政法委书记罗干已经抵达南昌市，与官员们商讨解决骚乱问题。</P>
<P>据江服和赣江学院学生介绍，现在当局已开始删除他们陆续公布到网上的信息，某论坛里公开发表声明写道：</P>

<P>因此事件尚未有个明确的确定，再加上接到有关部门的通知，需尽快删除有关此类的帖子，所以对关注此事的网友说声抱歉！</P>

<P>学生目前已经感受到压力，他们希望媒体更多介入报道，将他们的呼声反映出来。因此，很多学生在国内无法上帖的情况下，不得不利用国外网站转帖、发送照片和视频。下面是记者收到的学生们转来的大量图片，将陆续公布网上。</P>
<P>今天下午，学生发来消息说，当局开始陆续抓人，有人已被判处7年徒刑。当局抓人主要是通过摄像监视系统中指认的。</P>

<P><STRONG>千名武警封锁江西校园 大游行难产</STRONG></P>
<P>因不满文凭被降级、无法获得学位资格，近日来江西多家职业学校先后发生多宗校园抗议事件，江西南昌职业学院学生更扬言发动万人大游行活动。江西当局29日增调大批武警、公安，荷枪实弹进驻校园戒备，校外则停泊数十辆军车，万人大游行活动也因此难产，目前江西赣江职业技术学院和江西服装学院两所民办学校仍然处在大批武警的围困中。</P>
<P>赣江学院学生30日透露，他们已经被上千名武警包围7天了，而江西服装学院学生表示，虽然恢复上课，但武警部队仍然没有撤走，武警连日来一直守候在学校操场。学生说：“派驻的警察在校园内走来走去的”。</P>
<P>赣江技术学院的一名学生透露，学校出入口被武警封起来，他们无法出去，只能待在宿舍。当局已经调遣5000名武警进驻南昌，另外还正从湖南调动警力，学生担心他们可能面临镇压。该校附近的商店老板也证实大批武警驻守在学院外面。店家说：“我在广场旁边看到大批的武警”。</P>
<P>针对当局在校园进驻大批武警，江西服装学院保卫人员不愿多作解释，一名保卫人员说：“有些东西我们回答不清楚，我们是保卫人员，领导叫我们做什么我们就做什么”。</P>
<P>有学生表示，武警曾经强行进到宿舍搜查，部份学生因为害怕被镇压逃出校园。24日，赣江学院的一名一年级女学生被武警打死、多名学生被打伤、大约十名学生被抓，赣江学院的学生透露，听说当局将对这些学生判刑。</P>
<P>江西很多民办职业技术学院在招生时许诺颁发大专文凭，学生向教育局查证后，发现这些学院只能取得中专文凭，因此19日开始，引发近万名学生校园暴动，学生表示，只是希望学校能给予合理的答覆，但没想到当局却出动武警暴力对待他们。据悉，除了赣江技术学院和江西服装学院，江西蓝天学院和城市学院也发生类似的暴动。</P>
<P>江西南昌职业学院学生29日曾扬言发动万人大游行活动，据香港媒体报导，菲律宾总统阿罗约到访南昌，是江西省当局决心立即制止南昌赣江技术学院、南昌服装学院学生游行示威的动因之一。</P>
<P>当局自28日开始向江西赣江职业技术学院和江西服装学院这两所民办学校，派出数以百计防暴警察进驻校园，同时在学校外设置警戒线，大批武警在校园外待命，进出校园的人受到严密监视，学生根本无法成群结队离校去示威。</P>
<P>这项学生运动已引发海内外媒体关注，当局已在29日进行新闻封锁，防止学生透过互联网对外发布最新的有关信息或图片。在网络论坛，大部分关于学生抗议的文章、图片及视频已被删除，百度贴吧内也出奇平静。据了解，虽然学校有限度复课，但大批学生已决定退学，留校学生已不多。<BR></P></font></td>
