<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>因政府官员野蛮执行计划生育政策引发民怨，广西博白县近日多个乡镇发生农民烧毁政府楼抗暴事件。据了解，自19日博白县沙陂镇镇政府被数千忍无可忍的民众包围、多个办公室和设施被烧毁后，事件继续扩大，至20日，已有包括沙陂及附近8个镇的政府办公楼被烧毁。博白的警车几乎被烧毁一半，官民双方都有死伤发生，农民损失惨重。当地网民四处发贴求援并呼吁“博白人民要起义”。据称，此事已经惊动中共高层。</P>

<P>广西博白县政府自今年２月以来，为达到在今年8月底前计划生育达标，完成超生罚款几个亿，结扎任务几千例的任务，采取“不见人，要见物。不见物，要见屋的手法”，见到妇女便绑去结扎，并造成多起家破人亡事件。博白谭连镇的一名女中学生被抓去结扎，一名60岁的老太婆被抓去结扎。据当地人称“进房强抢，强砸，米拿不走，就往里撒沙子，让农民也吃不了。沙陂镇没有一户人家还有活着的东西，除了人。因为活的东西都被抢走了。不活的东西，如木制和铁制的东西，都抢走了。连饭碗都打碎了。唯一剩下的是没有门没有窗户的墙壁和地面”。</P>
<P>当地政府的黑社会行为最终引发民怨，激起博白县各乡镇民众围攻政府。据中国南方各大网站论坛的帖子消息，5月17日顿谷政府被围攻，18日水鸣镇和永安镇政府同时被围攻。19日沙陂镇政府被数千群众围攻，政府办公楼被烧毁，汽车，摩托车等都被砸烧。县政府当日紧急从贵港、北流和附近的容县等调来重兵，封锁该乡镇出入路口，荷枪实弹，并在街头放狼狗咬人。事件并继续扩大，那卜镇、大垌镇、英桥镇政府全部被烧，汽车、电脑、文件被烧毁，旺茂镇、松旺镇计生人员被打死。</P>
<P>据称，截至20日，已有包括沙河、顿谷、水民、永安、那卜、沙陂、大垌、英桥、文地等镇发生农民同时围攻火烧镇政府事件。博白的警车已经被烧了一半，8个乡政府被烧，打死一个计生干部，农民的损失非常惨重。</P>
<P>目前，当地即附近居民正采取联络国内外媒体和通过在网上发贴寻求援助，并呼吁“博白人民要起义”。此事件已经在中国南方众多网站论坛上传开并激起网民怨愤。一名网民称“我作为博白人我感到好无奈，这是不是比国民党还要乱，这是共抢党。看来博白人要起义了，打倒博白政府的狗娘羊的”。有网民呼吁“为了我们的博白的美好未来我们要起义！！！！”。另一名网民评论说，“把消息和图片传给美国姥看,让他们帮我们出头,反正我们也不想做中国人了。这样做中国人也没有什么意思了，大家站起来啊。”但发出的帖子大部份已经被删除，目前尚未见中国国内媒体报导此事件。</P>
<P>另有消息称，除博白县外，广西的文地县也在19日发生数千人包围政府抗议政府野蛮执行计生事件。</P>
