<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333">南京师范大学副教授郭泉，在发表了多封致国家领导人公开信后，星期四（12月6日）晚突然被学校党委以违反宪法和教师法为名撤销教务，调任资料员。 <BR><BR>据自由亚洲电台报导，南京师范大学文学院副教授，大陆民主党派民盟成员郭泉近一个月先后发表了四封致国家领导人公开信，从各种社会问题入手，提出建立多党竞选民主体制、军队国家化等等的建议。作为仍在体制内工作的人士，郭泉公开信的言论敏感度，令旁观者赞赏之余也为他捏一把汗。 <BR> <BR>而本周四南京师范大学党委办公室联合人事处、保卫处、宣传部、文学院，正式宣布解除郭泉副教授职务，调任资料员。理由是他的文章内容违反了宪法和教师法，并且在海外网站上刊登，他本人还接受采访和发言。 <BR> <BR>郭泉转述了由大学党办主任宣布的决议内容：“他们的决议第一条是十一月份以来，我发表了几篇至国家最高领导人的文章，提倡多党竞选，反对独裁专制，他们认为这些文章是反党反社会主义的，不符合中国宪法和教师法；另外说我和境外媒体有联络，刊登了我文章的大纪元和博讯网被他们认定是反党反动的境外敌对势力；第三是因为和解智库邀请我参加，采访我，我也发表了我的意见，他们认为和解智库也是海外反党反共的组织。所以做出决定将我调离教授岗位，调到资料室任资料员。” <BR> <BR>而郭泉本人也当场表示：“他们最后问我有什么意见和补充，我说没有，我同意。为什么呢？因为我就是反党嘛！共产党要不是这样就不是共产党了。如果我一直发表公开信而没有受到他们打压，那就是民主社会了。” <BR> <BR>报导说，在调职以前，郭泉是15个研究生的导师，以及给4个本科班上课，调职后估计月收入减少四五千元人民币。他表示这都是意料之中的，毫不为发表公开信后悔，调职以后将会有更多时间投身民主事业：“我做的事情决定了就一定不计后果的。我觉得只有在民主社会才能重新审视对我的打压，在现有体制 内反抗是没有意义的。所以我就继续作我推动民主的事情，把中国变民主了，我们再来算帐。”<BR></font></td>
