<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>上海维权律师郑恩宠星期四再度遭到当局传唤，估计与他状告公安案件近日开庭有关。同时，香港出版的《谁引爆周正毅案》一书已经出现翻版，在上海拆迁户群体中流传，引起当局紧张。

<P></P>上海维权律师郑恩宠星期四再度被公安传唤近8小时。由于目前他的通讯受到当局干扰，记者当天无法采访他本人，香港的上海东八块拆迁户代表沈婷当天接到过郑恩宠妻子的电话，她向本台转述情况---
<P>沈婷：“蒋美丽打电话告诉我，现在他的电话全部那个…就是叫他上午十点钟去，坐到下午五点多出来，也没对他说什么，也没问什么，就做了个笔录就出来了。”
<P>郑恩宠自去年8月以来被当局以税务问题为名先后传唤了13次，而且总是恰逢所谓敏感时期，如周正毅案宣判、海外媒体约访等等，而几乎每次都无具体讯问内容，实质上是变相羁押。
<P>公安一顶犯罪嫌疑人的帽子也同样成了限制郑恩宠出境的藉口。郑恩宠剥权期结束后，接到很多国外和港澳法律、学术机构邀请交流演讲，而当局拒绝发予护照和港澳通行证。
<P>郑恩宠就此提起诉讼状告上海市公安局出入境管理处，该案本周二开庭，然而郑恩宠的诉讼委托代理人，知名维权人士冯正虎，当天却在警察的阻止下无法出庭。冯正虎星期四接受本台采访时说，当局对于郑恩宠和他本人都有过敏的反应---
<P>冯正虎：“如果原告不是郑恩宠，他们肯定不会这么紧张；另外，我也属于较为敏感较有影响的人吧，他们不愿意我和他坐在一起，帮他做诉讼代理。开庭的事情外面又要有新闻。”
<P>据冯正虎介绍，这种行政诉讼要求被告举证，公安方面要拿出郑恩宠是犯罪嫌疑人的理据，否则不但限制出境非法，一连串对郑恩宠的传唤也同样站不住脚---
<P>冯正虎：“定他是犯罪嫌疑人也是公安其他部门，出入境管理处以这个理由不给他护照，郑恩宠也是要他们交待出为什么说他是犯罪嫌疑人，就是要它举证。现在犯罪嫌疑人的帽子戴着就很随便传唤他了，所以现在一有什么事情、什么会开了就借个理由找找他，没有这个帽子也就不能很随便了。”
<P>据悉郑恩宠本人当天出庭陈述，也做好了继续上告的准备。他坚持以法律武器挑战公权不排除是这次再度被传唤的原因。
<P>另一方面近期沈婷在香港出版了《谁引爆周正毅案》一书，记载了她与郑恩宠多年来挑战上海帮的经历，披露了官商勾结圈地，公检法滥权侵权的许多内幕。据了解，该书在大陆已有廉价的翻版，在上海的被拆迁户中开始流传，引起官方高度紧张，沈婷说---
<P>沈婷：“这本书上海方面方面查得很紧，拆迁户里面自己翻了几百本，十七块五 毛钱一本，大家在传阅在买。上海市政府也很紧张，可能这个原因导致郑恩宠再被传唤。因为拆迁户里面越传越广，大家越看越多的话对当局是一种恐惧。”
<P>无独有偶，受沈婷委托将两本书交给郑恩宠的上海访民谭兰英星期三也遭警方带走讯问---
<P>谭兰英：“沈婷叫他们带了两本书给我交给郑恩宠，我们的电话政府都监听着的，他们以为我包里面带着两本书。我在市政府拿了上访登记表格一出来，两个警察就跟着了，又踢又搡把我拖上了车，好多访民在叫怎么把谭兰英抓去了！我说我犯什么法，他说我发传单，车子开到了外滩警署，他们又翻我包，再重新搜索。 ”
<P>而当天在市政府上访的谭兰英包里装着的其实是自己的申诉材料，和访民当天给她的一些维权资讯，包括一份上海访民声援胡佳的公开信---
<P>谭兰英：“我说人家给我看看的，就算真是我发传单又犯什么法呢？访民声援胡佳共受难也不犯法呀！”</P>

<P><SPAN class=BL24B><STRONG>郑恩宠夫妇接连遭上海当局传唤</STRONG></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN class=BL24B></SPAN>（大纪元记者李真香港报导）最近连续揭露江泽民家族贪腐内幕的上海维权律师郑恩宠一家的处境令人关注。继郑恩宠10日被公安传唤释放后不久，11日下午3点，郑恩宠夫人蒋美丽也被上海闸北区公安传唤，目前还未被释放。 </P>

<P></P>香港居民沈婷接受大纪元采访时说，闸北区国保同样用所谓经济侦察的名义传唤蒋美丽。她担忧，郑恩宠夫妇接连遭到上海当局传唤，或显示上海帮要对郑恩宠下手，她呼吁外界关注他们的处境。
<P>至于郑恩宠传唤的情况，10日郑恩宠接受大纪元采访时说，他于上午10点半被传唤，下午5点5分55分被释放。和以往一样，这次传唤绝大多数时间也是坐冷板凳，实际上是变相关押。
<P>他怀疑此次传唤和8日浦东新区法院开审他状告上海市公安局的案件有关，同时，香港开放杂志出版的《谁引爆周正毅案》一书已经出现翻版，在上海访民中流传， 9日有访民想送书给郑恩宠反被抓捕，估计当局害怕该书流传而又将他扣押。<BR></P></DIV></DIV></font></td>
