<p style="text-indent: 22pt; line-height: 200%"><font color="#333333"><P>厦门远华案涉嫌主犯赖昌星即将遣返中国，不容置疑，赖将受到拘逮与审判，会成为权利斗争的聚焦点，在这即将遣返的关键时刻，赖昌星为什么不说出真相？ </P>
<P>赖昌星的发迹史是耐人寻味的。1958年出生的赖昌星只有小学文化，他的这个小学文化在中国来说已可以说相当够用了，并且用得游刃用余。因为正是这个其貌不扬、只有小学文化的人，创造了中国二十世纪的奇迹。也只有在具有“特色的社会主义中国”，他个人才能大展宏图；只有在共产党领导的中国，他才能才有用武之地；只有在封闭与专制的中国，赖昌星才会发迹。
<P>关于赖昌星的故事很多很多，“远华案”在中国几乎家喻户晓。直到现在，丰富的红楼世界还是许多官员百般羡慕、赞不绝口的人间仙境。笔者在看了很多的纪实报导后，不能不大加称赞说：过去的赖昌星是一个具有中国特色的大能人，赖昌星是中共体制下许多官吏与商人的楷模。
<P>凡接触过赖昌星的人，都说他是一个“非常善于结交朋友的人”。他曾向一位“有潜力的小官”借5万块钱，但却付给20%的高息。通过这饱含“人情味”的一借一还，就委婉地把钱塞到了对方手里，还维护了人家的面子。赖昌星的这一“招”很管用，成为他打开走私渠道的重要一“招”。
<P>赖昌星走私获暴利后，出钱频频邀请高层人士到厦门，并在办公室、招待所悬挂他与某领导人的大幅合影，以此笼络省市高级官员。1996 年，远华的一座大厦动工时，赖昌星大宴宾客，请到嘉宾两千，其中有不少高官，宴中每人都得到了价值三千元的礼品。赖有一年过生日，请了重要的200名嘉宾，每人一个十万元以上的红包。
<P>赖昌星为了全面打开走私渠道，将市领导、海关、公安、商检、边防、银行等关键部门关键人物的子女亲属招进公司，予以万元、甚至数万元的工资待遇。这些人基本上什么都不干，专门负责在各关键部门物色猎物，培养目标，拉关系、走“门子”。
<P>同样是为了全面打开走私渠道，赖昌星在当时还很偏僻的湖里工业区建立起专用红粉金钱腐蚀官员的“地下宫殿”——红楼招待所。当官员和美女鸳鸯浴或上床时，赖昌星的手下会秘密用针孔录像机录下这一幕幕镜头，留下日后要挟之用。这是赖昌星的抓住把柄“交友术”。红楼名为办公楼，有它独特的“办公”模式。楼里，真正用于办公的只有几间。这幢小楼里更多的是娱乐和享受的设施，接待厅、餐厅、卡拉OK厅、舞厅、桑拿按摩厅、豪华投影厅、客房应有尽有。据悉，小楼接待过的客人，可依据他与赖昌星的亲疏程度，来区分他应该享受哪一层的服务。
<P>楼内最为奢华的是六层的一套“总统套房”，由客厅、办公室、卧室三部份组成。套房办公室的桌面上，至今仍摆放着用乳白色天然玉石雕成的电话机；进入套房的卧室才能进入浴室。据介绍，浴室里的立式淋浴器是从国外进口的，可以一边淋浴一边听音乐，立式淋浴器对面是一面落地大镜，实际上，这是一个秘密通道，一推开落地大镜子，就是消防楼梯，客人可以顺消防楼梯往下逃走。有许多显要人物，到这个“总统套房”销魂之前，就是沿着消防楼梯往上，由这个秘密的门进来的，连红楼的大门都不用进，
<P>为构筑他的走私链，赖昌星办公室右边一个浅蓝色的保险柜常年摆放着一叠一叠随时可用的现钞，有人民币、美元、港币等等。只要是赖昌星认为用得着的人，他可以毫不吝啬地随时奉送高额钱物。厦门海关东渡码头办事处主任吴宇波，第一次接受赖昌星的10万元人民币，就是在赖昌星办公室里拿的。
<P>当然，为了显摆自己的身份和财富，他办公室里的摆设自然也要最昂贵的。办公桌前，摆放着一个用浅灰色寿山石雕刻的“金蟾送宝”工艺品，估计这件工艺品价值在30万元以上。办公桌上的烟灰缸，据说是进口、镶真金的。
<P>在赖昌星办公室斜对面，是远华副总经理蔡惠娟的办公室，蔡惠娟曾是厦门海关原关长杨前线的情妇，后来又成为厦门海关原副关长接培勇的情妇。如今，蔡惠娟办公室的三个保险柜均已被打开，里面曾放着很多走私过程的凭证。蔡惠娟办公室的柜子里，以前放满了各色礼品，专门用来“攻关”的。
<P>赖昌星是成功的，他在将近不到十年的时间里，创下了远华走私案涉案金额高逾八百亿元人民币。赖昌星是幸运的——与千千万万中国红色富豪的发迹史异曲同工，同时，只有在政治、经济、文化不透明、不民主的中国才会创造这些奇迹。
<P>但是，赖昌星又是不幸的。不幸的原因有两方面：一是政治斗争的牺牲品，他本可以与千千万万红色富豪一样混际于官商之间，享不尽的荣华富贵；他本来如鱼得水，富可敌国。然而，由于权利斗争的需要，他成了“远华案”的主犯，成了政治斗争的殉葬品。二是不该公开身份到加拿大。如果他与中共五千多名携巨款外逃官员一样，一出国就隐姓埋名，现在还不是照样地挥金如土，拥红抱绿？
<P>赖昌星的红楼太精彩太精彩，远华案的故事太丰富太丰富，它是中共执政半个多世纪以来罪恶的见证，它是三个代表的演绎的缩影，它是中国红色富豪从无到有的样板。现在，赖昌星在加拿大黔驴技穷，民主与法制透明的加拿大按照自己的制度必须遣返中国。在这关键时刻，赖昌星为何不说出红楼后面的真相？
<P>关于红楼、关于赖昌星，那些车载斗量的报导、纪实与传记在笔者看来都只是反映了皮毛，因为红楼后面不仅有福建省委副书记石兆彬、总参二部部长、前港澳办主任姬鹏飞之子姬胜德等官员。红楼后面还隐藏着诸如贾庆林、甚至于还有江泽民等高官。赖昌星只有在被遣返前公开地说出真相，被遣返到中国后，才会为现政权的政治斗争多一些佐料，他个人才能多一分安全。如果现在还不说出来，遣返到中国后，很可能，你的口，将会被永远地封闭。
